Looked to be some great racing.
From the utube coverage it looked like the Beta 350’s were a little bit faster on the uphills than the KTM/Husky 300’s, did anyone at the race think that they had a power advantage over the others? Did either one have mechanical issues, motos weren’t consistent for Drake or Demartile?
Just saw Matty B’s vid, Demartile had a bike issue, Drake was sick…
Surratt on that CR 500 was fun to watch especially his moto 2 hole shot. Too much bike to hang onto though. The Beta 350s were sick.
That was some really great racing in moto one Open Pro class. The top 6 guys were really on it. The battle between Demartile and Milesevic was intense. Demartile was riding great, but Milesevic wanted the pass at all costs.. I thought he might even throw it away at times.. he was absolutely pinned.
The Beta 350's were doing just fine, but I doubt the engines were anything close to what is offered off the showroom floor. All the top bikes looked healthy enough to podium and it was up to the pilot to make the real difference. It is so clear that 2 stroke bikes just race different than 4 strokes and it makes the racing more exciting.
Drake was throwing up after moto one and not feeling well and did not race moto 2. Something happened to Demartile at the end of moto 1 that looked to be a bike issue, but not sure what. Also not sure what happened to Demartile in moto 2 when he dropped to the back of the pack. Anyone know?

Where was the race held? And where can we see a replay?
Glen Helen. It's on YouTube. It's mostly interviews and ads but it's easy to fast forward to the races. The first 30 minutes are really glitchy but it clears up beyond that.
Thanks man!!

Results?
No Fear gear on a two stroke just feels right
It would be awesome if this turned into a like 3 or 5 races championship. Although it might be hard to schedule between the other championships that some guys take part in.
Anyways, every year I look forward to this event, and it never dissapoints.
I say this all the time! Like the 4 stroke nationals.
Seems like Glen Hellen puts on a great show for the 2 strokes. Good to see the Canadian Champ out there on a Husky.
I’d be curious to see how they make those newer KTM 125s go that fast.
For starters they're not 125 they are 150 and they're still not as quick as the carbureted the bike but they're getting better
lol a Honda second in 125's, yes in a good riders hands but pretty impressive considering the much newer 125's it was up against
Pit Row
Most of the Austrians in 125 pro were carburated. At least all Pasha bikes at the top.
Alessi was racing an Austrian bike aswell, no Honda
That’s wrong he was on a pasha KTM 150
Only time I've seen an injected bike be competitive was with Ryan and that was basically a factory KTM bike otherwise it's all carbureted
Anyone know why no Carson Brown this year?
Mosiman beat Mike? Damn.
I almost got that vibe from Surratt's GoPro vid, which you can find on Matty B's channel. Seemed like he had to go easy through a lot of the corners and couldn't just get on it
Figured this….
10+ lbs lighter and more horsepower.
The winner was riding a 2025 250sx with port and polish and ecu mods. He picked up the bike the Thursday before the race. He rode a stock 300sx last year and got poor starts and worked through the pack.
Over the years he’s won professional races on KTM 250xcf, 350xcf, 450xcf, 300sx and 250sx. Safe to say it is probably not the bike.
I thought ProFresh loaned Mikey his Cr125 😁😁😁
dude's unreal. a few years ago he went 15-12 at pala national. First moto he wrecked early & rode the first moto with no front fender. He showed up at washougal last year & broke his collarbone first lap battling around 8th position. He's a top notch rider. Also makes it look easy
Maybe I’m out of the loop but who is Dante Oliveira? I saw he won this year and was the defending champ so hes clearly fast as hell. I was just surprised at someone Ive never heard of beating nicoletti, wageman, sean collier, ryan surratt, josh mosiman…. those guys are nooo joke. Was he a pro for a short time? Fast amateur? Offroad guy? Whats the story with this guy, usually Ive heard of all of the guys that can beat names like that but I was surprised it didnt ring a bell at all. Pretty impressive.
