If I'm not mistaken, it was the plan for 2026 with Coldenhoff and Pro Circuit (Mitch) involved, but it was postponed to 2027 indeed. Wondering if they will go full Factory from scratch though. I think they will go with a proven structure and give them the factory support. Would be cool to see Roczen ride a few GPs!
I supose that Suzuki maybe come back in FHR because is a good effort and has experience.
Plus i thought that FHR Only stop for some years Only.
That are my thoughts but i dont have any info...
Pro Circuit and Suzuki is an odd combination. But if that's what happens then it'll be really cool.
Does this coincide with Kawasaki new 2 stroke?

A bit off topic, but your comment got me thinking…after all of Kawasaki’s hype with nothing to show for it thus far, it would be the ultimate troll move for another brand to just dump a new two-stroke onto the market without any announcement…
Like the Beta 350?
Beta made the 250 and 350 2 strokes for 26 I feel like that 350 should be getting way more hype personally.
Do you think the Coldenhoff to Brazil is a 1 year stop gap to fill the delay.
Either way, another manufacturer coming back has to be good.
Who is best placed to run it , and from where?
Who was the last rider to win an MXGP title on a Suzuki? pichon?
This sparks joy.

There is a lot of talk about Suzuki's US Amateur program making a return in 2027 as well. It will be part of PMG.
They have an amateur program now with 5 riders
Full fledged return will mean new bikes.
450 results aside, the JGR suzuki that hill rode after winning the title for PC was down on power, and that was years ago now.
You mean F&H, right?
PC has been partnered with Suzuki for a little bit now too with their "RM Army Edition" bikes so the connection isn't that random.
Whoever ends up running the team, they should contact…

SUZUKI's return to MXGP, with the support of Pro Circuit USA? I hope not. I expect a 100% factory return with a new prototype and run by an experienced Dutch or Italian team and an Akrapovic exhaust.
@LewisPhillips any rumors on which riders they have spoken with?
When you have a team like Pro Circuit Kawasaki that's been around for over 30 years, and then Pro Circuit start an MXGP team with Suzuki, it's quite random.
Coming soon in 2027. Bold new starting system! Kicking is a thing of the past.
This is my thought, running a MXGP team allows for race data on a new bike prior to releasing it. Might be happening after all these years. Might not be…
It's a factory Suzuki team, not a PC team.
Yes...
Notice the BNG too!
Hmmmm Perhaps there is a big shift in motion at PC🙃
nahh, i completely disagree. PC on yellow always looks good and at home.

I really would like / hope this to be what is happening.
Coldenhoff, has bit of a break from the grind of the GPs that he has been part of for many years, while making what, I assume, is good money, and still keeping bike sharp.
While the "Suzuki Back to MXGP" set up is being fully sorted, whoever they 'partner' with.
I hope this is the case.
