Way to go Hunter Lawrence! Cant believe that was his first. Looked like his 20th win out there.

Life's feeling pretty good right now in his world I bet!

Just proved hes here to play for the chip this season for me.

Now that he has the first one I'm guessing there will be a bunch more this season.

Congratulations to Hunter and his crew. That wasn't a gimme....he earned it the hard way.

Hunta ! What a boy ! This is very very interesting. On a track that was hyped up to be a demolition ground for Eli and Webb he made it look... Pretty easy. He seems to have some seriously good race pace in these races , very rarely the one lap pace for qualifying. Now that he's got the proverbial monkey off his back with the win can he go on a tear ? Here's hoping !

It was on the cards for some time but if you are going to win your first one that is definitely the way you would want to win it! Surrounded by all 3 of your toughest competitors on one of the toughest SX tracks of the year! Congratulations Hunta! Seems like most people are happy for his first win, except for his competition Eli didn’t look too stoked.

Can’t wait to see what he can do in Tomac’s house next week.

He can win all of them now.

Webb and Kroc are cooked. Only Eli can keep the pressure on. I see Hunta win by 60 points.

not to mention the bike's livery! jeeeez why cant all teams just go with new colors, so tiring to always see red, orange, yellow, blue, green.
Need black, golden, purple, pink,...

go hunta!!

For sure Boom, flood gates are open now. Confident, strong, good bike, he is going to be tough. Hate to say can't wait for outdoors when the little brother gets back.

All week I had an inkling that this was the week he'd break through. If you examine him closely, he is the complete package. His "weakness" is (was) outright speed, but that's being re-written as we speak. I think he had the fastest lap of the main? He shows up when it counts, Every. Single. Time. Look at his moto and overall results for the past 18 months - NEVER been outside the top 5.

He has starts, he has the closing speed and stamina, he has race craft, grit and tenacity, incredible composure, is good in all conditions as well as setting the bike up accordingly, and importantly very rarely rides outside of his comfort zone, yet still has been right at the pointy end in every race this year.

A very deserving red plate. The accolades of those around him eclipse him heavily but he has absolutel  earned his spot at the top of the series right now.

Daytona will be very interesting.

All the pieces coming together. The most shocking thing about this - seems crazy he hasn't won one before. Congrats big bro

So happy for Hunta! Probably one of the nicest, brightest, most articulate guys in the pits.

And this time, he was veeeeeery patient with Ken. Obviously, he didn't want to repeat his top notch pass...

What an awesome 450 season so far. Love seeing the different winners throughout.

Way to go Hunter, happy for him. Tough track last night, he had some bobbles on it and persevered through that and rode fast for the win.

The growth and improvements he's made as a sx rider is wild. To me, at least lol. Plenty of guys in here said he was their pick for the title and I said how wrong they all were. He hasn't even won a race before, he's barely cracked the podium, he's only an outdoor guy, etc, etc. Wow, has Hunter proved me wrong! I was so hyped for that race last night. I was screaming for him to get around Kenny. I dont think I'm being outlandish to say I really see this championship coming down to Eli and Hunter.

Imagine being Sexton, Webb and Tomac thinking that when Jett is out the championship is theirs for the taking and here comes big bro with the red plate..

Super happy for all the succes Hunter is getting right now.

I have the past couple few weeks.  I knew it was going to happen soon, as he looks too good!

Pretty wild that two years ago Hunter debuted in the 450 class with a DNQ at A1 '24. And the next 3 races, he went 10-7-11.

Daytona next and Hunter is gonna make it two in a row.

All this for a guy that finally got his first win? He’s been pretty good on these hard pack, fast tracks. We will head east and he’ll be back to a 4th-8th guy. Everyone settle down on the “sniper”.

Never been a big Hunta guy but seeing how all of his team et al others were congratulating him after the race, and how the normally subdued Johnny O was outwardly enthusiastic about the win makes me think Hunter must be a pretty good guy behind the scenes.

Wild to think of Hunter carrying the #1 plate when Jett returns for the 2027 series. Along with Deegan coming in.

We get it, you don't like anyone named Lawrence. The points leader is going to slide back to 4th to 8th? 😂 😂 Ok

Like Seattle last week when he was matching Eli's pace most of the moto? If you don't believe me check the intervals.
