I was going to ask same, Deegan had same I believe. Seems like a new and improved. Is it weird that I can describe their nasal strips to a tee but couldn’t tell you what sponsors were shown on their jersey 🤔

When's somebody gonna sack up and chop their nose off for the performance benefits? The sports gone soft. 

They sure have become a big deal lately. Even at local tracks all if a sudden every body is wearing them. Did they suddenly get better? They've been around for years

Not soft, it's called smart. There is a reason most endurance records are broken with time.

The 80s guys would be dropped by this generation riders when it comes to fitness. Fitness that you need to race at the speed them and bikes are capable of today.

Breahting right (nose in, mouth out) drops heart rate several BPM. Depending on your nose genetics and internal shape you are helped a lot by it, or just some.

I use these types of things for sleeping, and I've tried a few different kinds. I have the best luck with the magnetic ones. I wonder if we will ever see the strip built into the goggle... I heard the guy from intake breathing on pulp at some point and he was taking about how it all started with the two adhesive steels on the nose, and the magnet built into a goggle. Now the magnets are on the plastic strip.

 With the strips taking care of the breathing,  mechanics can give different pitboard messages for riders to ignore.

Pretty sure Deegan wears the Slyd brand. When I looked them up it was $15 for 30 strips. 

I feel & track such a difference in BPM when I’m breathing properly, I can’t help but think these could make a difference for me.

Telling them to take these off on the podium is the same as telling them not to have goggles hanging around their neck or wearing a hat.  They are rep'ing a sponsor.  

Look in the mirror, tilt your head back and breath in through your nose with your mouth closed.  If your nostrils collapse at all one of these devices would benefit your riding.

The strips are the brand SLYD. Just rode yesterday with them for the first time and they are impressive. Stuck on my face all day including the shower when I got home. They work great as well. I am not sponsored or get a deal on them just so you know. 

What brand is the one Roczen and H. Lawrence use ?
 

I tried these yers ago, but due to being a greasy Italian they didn’t stick very well.
