I had a similar experience. Knocked a small piece of my front tooth out, more like I cracked it. But it was sitting still. Over 2 years of feeling like I had fever, but no actual fever. 2 lumbar puncture tests where of one showed 4x higher NFL. Multipel doctors and specialist involved. When dentist removed the tooth after me hitting it again after 2 years, they concluded I had a micro infection since first impact and close to brain it gives all kinds of strange effects. Disappeared when tooth was replaced.
