Expectations rarely hold at MXdN, anything can and will happen. That’s why it’s awesome.

Seriously, all the MxDN content this week has been a blessing, especially because after the week of Vegas my brain went into expecting not much content until we loop back around to January but this week has been filled with discourse and a huge majority of that is thanks to Big Lew. Thank you Lewis, Saturday’s with Seewer is gonna go Night at the Museum 2 this weekend

Lewis has done a nice job on giving us something to read or listen too that nobody else would have done on the MX of Nations. Thank you Lewis.

Big Lew is one of the best in the sport when it comes to journalism. You can tell he takes his role seriously and truly cares about producing high quality stories and videos.

I'll be uploading a four-man Friday show to podcast platforms in just a couple of hours.

Rasmus Jorgensen joined, and he made the show! A lot of crossover information between the two series.

Oh and, of course, thank you. It means a lot. I love this race more than anything in the world, haha. More to come!

You do a good job Lewis, I enjoy your literary style. It is nice having a break from the “bro” style.

Watching the press day interviews now, @LewisPhillips. We definitely need more Pauls Jonass content from you. That guy is an awesome interview!

Talking to the riders today, I definitely need to do 'more' and some regular segments with them.

I talk about MXGP so passionately because Herlings, Jonass, Seewer, Watson, Vlaanderen, de Wolf, Everts etc. are great personalities. I genuinely feel bad that they don't really get exposed and no one can see who they are, you know? I don't know.

Please tell me there will be a Saturday Recap like you did yesterday! There is so much bench racing to be had between now and tomorrow. 🙏

Saturday recap was solid. I did not realize Eli’s start device didn’t work correctly. Also, I felt your assessment of the vibe there seemed a bit pessimistic. Just watching on TV it looked good. I certainly wish I was there camping! For all tracks, we need to have the fans closer to the track.

Possible. Like I said, I'm a bit 'down' about some of my content this weekend. Maybe it bled over.

To your point, the fans could definitely be a lot closer to the track at Ironman with easier access to roam all of the track.  It is a great facility, but from a spectator perspective after two days here, they could learn a lot from Redbud and Washougal.

Seriously, you have nothing to be down about! How many journalists have threads started about them for the sole point of complimenting them on the content? One. You.
Keep up the good work!

I think your observations going into the weekend were accurate so when the races play out like you were expecting, perhaps it does seem like a dud. I think Roczen getting 2nd is a surprise. I think Justin Cooper crushed it and Eli did worse than expected. Team Australia did what everyone expected and are still the clear favorites. Shimoda also looked way better than I was expecting. Perhaps the team results do land where everyone predicted but there are a lot of individual results buried within that are fun to discuss.

I should probably give him another chance. I just get so sick of the fan boy bullshit about sexton and herlings with him. Oh herlings likes money, imagine that (literally everyone does) I swear he brings that up every time I listen to him.

We get it, you have personal relationships with some world class riders 😑

That's not me being like 'oh I know Jeffrey likes money' – it's just a running joke of the paddock. I don't know.

It's not just you.

Matthes- ferry/wey

Weege- Brayton

I get making the jokes a time or two. But the ongoing fanboy "jokes" from the media have gotten extremely stale and cringey after years of hearing it.

Is it supposed to be cute that you guys have these oddly obsessive  relationships? I don't get it

Sorry I kind of went off there, y'all seem like cool good dudes at the end of the day. Carry on.
