Thank you for what you said. I’ve been putting about half, or all of what i’ve been getting from uber eats depending on the payout size when i get it, into savings. Say if it’s $8, i put it all into savings, with the prop 22 guaranteed earnings, it’s about half because those have been about $30. As aeffertz said, I am a women, and I just turned 21. Unfortunately, all i’ve known is being over weight, i’ve tried keto for a week, but I gain it all back the next week. I haven’t been as motivated to walk for exercise because when Ido, I don’t want to do it, but I plan to change that soon.

I have a daughter, So a soft spot. Most still applies. 

For food when you start, it's just calories in versus calories out. You don't need keto, or any trendy diet. in fact, you can lose weight eating just about anything as long as the calories you eat are lower than what you need. 

Download myfitnesspal and track your eating. Its easy to be too low or too high until you learn by tracking. Shoot for 10-12 calories per pound of weight (or in the app you can put lose 1-2pounds per week). 

Then get out and walk ESPECIALLY on the days you don't want to. Just everyday. Dance in the house, practice tiktok dances (that a thing?), do some air squats while watching TV. Just move more. Whatever's fun. And do it every day. 

Feelings come from actions, not the other way around. If you want to feel better emotionally you have to do better. After doing you get the reward. 

for me its always taken about a month to see real results. Your body WILL adapt. Just stick with it. It needs to be how you live, or else you'll just be back where you are.

As someone who’s just a few years older than you who’s made a handful of shitty lifestyle and health choices, practice what this man is preaching. I wish I would’ve just a few years ago and got a head start.

Even the times where I was hardly working out, but getting out and riding 2 times a week I felt incredible vs what I do now after some time off riding. Stay away from fast food too, it’s so damn easy to fall into that habit and it’s so destructive to your body and bank account. Nobody really taught me much about cooking growing up, so it took a little while to get decent at. I always had a love for good seafood, but thought it was technical and hard to cook I just never tried it. It’s so easy and finally “nailing” something is so satisfying when you take that first bite. Also, if you vape like 90% of the people under 25 do cut that shit out immediately. I 100% believe the long term effects will be worse than cigarette use. 

A lot of people have differing opinions on him, but one of the most engrained sayings in my brain now is from Ryno when he said “How do you anything is how you do everything”. It took me too long to realize that.

Jo admits he wasn't the fastest, Levi helped his cause for this "title". There are 99% keyboard warriors that wouldn't say shit to any of these racers faces myself included. SMX triple points payout got exactly what they wanted, drama. They'll replay that clip all 2026 SX series for hype. 

If he goes all Savatgy/Osborne and wins the title then he goes on to help USA win nations it paints a different picture. People will hate the kid regardless just like the fans turned on Jett briefly.

Yes. I weigh all my meals. Also nutrition labels are very inaccurate. Restaurants that do provide nutrition it is also inaccurate and meals aren't the accurate weight. I think they have a 20% grace. Stick to something like chicken and rice. Nutrition for chicken is the same. Get low fat no sugar sauces. A lot of people don't realize they'll cook chicken then put a terrible unhealthy sauce on it. Servings add up quick. So that healthy chicken turns into a unhealthy high calorie meal due to sauce.

1 small piece of advice, try only drinking water or tea and don't eat anything after 7pm for a month or 2. If you can establish that habit it's a good place to start.

I don't drink coffee or tee, just water, fairlife milk, the occasional sugar free lemonade(or full sugar when out to a restaurant) and sugar free sprite.

if you have a phone and some headphones, get Goggins cant hurt me. Hit play and go outside and start walking any amount and listen to that. The principles he sets out are what we all need reminders of every now and then. 

If you have questions on food, health, exercise, im happy to help. It's not hard or magic. Just consistent habits and good choices. 

It will take about 4 weeks of consistency on anything you want to be a habit. Saving money, exercising, making good food choices, having a good internal talk track, whatever. Just keep doing it. Fuck a bad day. They happen. Get back to it.

Start saving a little every paycheck. Same method. Get a photo of what you want to look like, what you want to own. Imagine every step is getting you closer. Every dollar is getting you closer. 

it may take time, but you'll be on a bike, surrounded by good people, and thats what we need to grow the sport. 

This sport, like many others, is about developing  yourself to who you want to be. It's not about how many people pat you on the back. Because when you do the work for yourself, you don't  need the approval of anyone else. Cant buy that with any amount of money. 

Id rather see a guy like you overcome challenges and jump a small table than see deegz win a championship. Im not a hater, Im a guy who believes in people.

1000% on a digital food scale. When you actually weigh out what a serving of something is versus just guessing, it will blow your mind. I actually dont mind chicken and rice. I chop up all the chicken and mix it in a bowl with the rice.
