Wait so we are comparing deegan to the riding style of bam now? This legalized weed shit has gone too far.
Scary how eerily similar #17 and #31 look alike in this picture. Almost likes brothers from a different mother kinda thing
any official statements about Bambam and Ferrandis at Troy Lee Ducati team for 2026 yet .
Nah you’ll have to wait until the offseason. But it does sound like that’s where he’ll land.

Now Star and Club do it and it’s not such a bad thing. That was a big deal that a lot of guys didn’t want to do back when JGR was around.
Ferrandis and Barcia on Ducati makes absolute sense. Both are veterans and experienced riders who can help develop the bike in the US, along with AC in Europe. Have to establish a base before going all out, and I still believe Ferrandis is capable of being a threat in the outdoors with a good bike
Are you saying the Honda that he's on isn't a good bike with some of the factory parts he gets when Honda went 1 and 2 this outdoor season?
Ferrandis is on a great bike right now. The bike is NOT what is keeping him from racing for a podium.
No I´m saying he is still a threat in the outdoors on a good bike. He´s been out for too long to be a threat yet, but he showed promise this weekend.
I still don´t understand why Yamaha let him go though
I've heard that Dylan has said that he "always wanted to race a Honda"...and that was when he was contracted to ride for Yamaha. I don't know why Yamaha dropped him, or if they even did...but talking about wanting to ride a competing OEM's bike probably isn't appreciated much by team management.
It is pretty amazing that there are so many teams now that have paid salary spots for riders that can consistently make it into the top 10-15 in MX/MX keeping their careers going.
All teams want their brand of bikes shown making the main events.
I’m pretty sure he had an offer from Star for ‘24, but he didn’t like the new gen bike outdoors and wanted on a Honda. I always wondered why he got rid of DV and wanted off the Star program when that was the only team he’s rode for in the states.
It makes sense imho for Ducati to sign a couple of very established veterans for year one.
I must have missed that. What I seem to recall was that Yamaha dropped him so they could field Eli and the two Coops. I could be wrong on this, but I think Ferrandis had to go shopping after the Yamaha deal, so nothing was waiting for him once he was out
I was there at Cahuilla that day. Windham was doing whips over Grondahl’s Bentley rental car. Good times.
Bam bam develops the bike and in 2 years Cole Davies on the Duck for podiums and wins!
it was a popular fuc boi hairicut to get at the time
Deegan does the same

Well, there won't be any Valve Floating, whoever's on it.
But, they might have to be careful with the closing shim collets* when doing an adjustment!
*Closing Shim Collets : teeny tiny little half circle 'wire' pieces. They are not really a problem, as the little buggers can't go anywhere when they break (and, it Is rare) but, it makes one scratch your head as to how it happens. That's even if they are used in the 450 - buggered if I know. I'd say most will never need a valve adjustment.
