Stark might have a full fledged team in WSX.

I might watch just for that. Seeing ICE vs an E-bike head to head will be something to watch 

I started in 1st gear on a uphill start & pulled a Stark for 50 ft .

That would be cool to see Michael Hicks racing WSX on a Stark.

With Starks already legal in FIM series (Superenduro) that shouldn't be too difficult, and obviously add another talking point about the series. Good or bad, that would generate views/clicks.

Be interesting to see if wsx can tempt the fim into mixing the class, in Mxgp and moto gp it’s always been seperate classes 

Already the case in dozens of national MX/AX/SX series (France, UK, Canada, Argentina... at the pro level, plus many others at the amateur level). 

Since the FIM already has technical and safety rules to allow them to race in FIM Superenduro, this shouldn't be an issue.

Hicks and Zaragoza can race with (and beat) Deano in AX UK, would be cool to see what they can do on larger tracks.

Friese should stick to ICE, at least he would have a readymade excuse "not my fault, I didn't hear the guy coming"

It's all about the entertainment really, enjoy.

That would be wild if Stark gets a FIM supercross world championship of the world.

That would be a great move for WSX, they would instantly make themselves look like they are pro-advancing the sport and make the AMA series look a little backward in comparison. On the other hand, they could face some backlash from the current manufacturers if the Stark stomps everyone.

Sounds like great racing! The Starks might have a start advantage, but it looks like they have a disadvantage in the whoops. My thoughts are they can't go up a gear to free up the suspension like most do on a gas bike.

KTM 50 during the SX series are all electric they don’t mix gas/electric bike for little Johnny and Billy to race

Does anybody watch AX?  I was expecting the Starks to dominate in the mixed opens.  I don't recall seeing a Stark get a single holeshot, and I don't recall a Stark competing for a win in the whole series last year.  I don't know what rules were in place for HP settings on the Stark bikes for those races, but if they are the same for WSX, you may want to lower your domination expectations for the Stark riders.  That is not a slam on the Stark bikes..  calm down, but I am just sharing how they performed in AX last year, I was expecting a lot more.

Why are people so amped to mix the two together? Cant we just have another class like 250 and 450?

Two different spectrums of abilities and people what to mix them together like mashing the round peg in a square hole. I dont get it. 

At the least I want Weston Peick on one aswell chasing him around...

Further up the hill it gets steeper. He must hv hit the 80hp button then he blasted me with clay & grass.  On the sharp  hit my DBP instantly hits the 18 ft lbs of quick torque then builds to 19.7.  C12 125,s are quick it probably blow your diaper off. Haha 

Think Hicks would be invited? 

KTM provides all of those bikes so they are exactly the same.

My point was just that, the KTM challenge doesn’t mix gas/electric bikes for this event.

They shouldn’t mix gas/electric for any other event either.

If your bike doesn’t have the following items…..muffler, gas tank, pipe. Go ride in another class

The KTM JRs is a marketing thing, of course they aren't going to mix bikes, they want to market the electric bike.  Probably because they know its the best option to get new riders/families into the sport.
