Out of curiosity, what is wrong about this? Looking at the limited rules chart, carb jetting is allowed, the oil injection states it must operate as designed, fuel is allowed and nothing about bearings is mentioned. Reading through the other items, I would interpret that the bearings would simply need to "maintain shape, design, and material". You could certainly find a more efficient bearing for the right price that fits that definition and the oil injection can be tuned "per the design". I imagine this is the grey area everyone lives in so why would any of this not pass?

It was 2cc’s. Someone said that was a 5% increase in power, which is clearly ridiculous when you do the math, but people believed it.
(pw50) 2.7hp * 1.05 = 2.835hp.
0.135hp increase is ridiculous? that's 100 watts. there are 140 pound pro cyclists (90lb pw + 5yo kid) that would give everything they have for 100 watts.

What's so hard to believe about a 4% increase in size producing a 5% increase in power? Seems pretty reasonable especially when you consider that the increased size surely wasn't the only improvement made.
This one is interesting to me. Claimed his bike was pre production and production bikes come with a certain different part that fixes the problem. Made reference to false neutral several times. Reports of triumphs having transmission issues on the production bike..... just makes you wonder how long this transmission thing has been a known issue that they still haven't figured out if they already changed something on the production bike and still having transmission issues. Keefer definitely seemed to be trying not to say the wrong thing all week and matthes even tried to get it out of him and didn't get much info.

Rule book said max it could be was 61cc, it was measured at 63.963cc. So, 3cc's comes out to 5 percent increase. No one ever said a 5 percent increase in power, you're misinformed.

I think the point was that you can more than double the power with full mods so adding 5% with smaller mods is entirely plausible.
