Spec Bolt Nickel Wurks bolt kit for the win. I also hate the stock hardware on all my Austrian bikes. Every one I've owned over the last 10 years gets all the visible bolts changed for Nickel Wurks on my initial teardown/build up.

The ugly OE KTM bolts are a great justification for Ti! That’s how I justify it to myself at least.

The specbolt nickel finish bolt kits have been super popular for customers of mine with KTM's. Most will do the plastic and engine bolt kits to start with. But they make a kit that replaces all of the hardware You can see all at once too. You save a little if You buy it all in the one kit. Or You can do them a little at a time and buy the kits that are smaller that are $25-$50 each . I've seen a few customers find the kits on Amazon for close to and even sometimes less than what...

Do yourself a favor and keep the money in your pocket. 25 hour Piston, is straight insanity, unless your racing MX in sand and are ringing it out the whole race !! I’ve put 150 hours on each of my ‘23 XC300’s (Two different bikes) the pistons still looked great when I replaced them. They were noticeable after a rebuild, but not worth the cost of replacing the piston that early. DO NOT put a piston in it until at least 100 hours. Yes, I’m serious ! Unless you’ve gotten dirt past your air filter or don’t change your oil...

Wasn’t there an incident in that class one year where the winner got his bike protested so that rider protested the second place finisher because they knew they were caught but also knew second were also cheating and it ended up being like the top 7 or 8 riders got there bikes torn down in a chain of protests and they all had cheater parts so the win defaulted to the ninth place finisher?

I agree with the pick one and jet accordingly logic. I also align with Dirty Points and buy 1 gal jugs of Lucas simi-syn for $36 at Amazon and and I mix at 36:1. If I ever run out, most Chevron stations carry the Lucas, so I'm never SOL.

We all know I'm a Chase fanboy but damn if he doesn't make it hard. He just seems like he's gonna have an issue with every bike. The KTM looked amazing at the end of sx. It looks pretty damn good for AP outdoors, too. Just ride the damn bike.

To be clear, 7 eleven has been stand up guy and I feel done everything is in his power to help. I think it boils down it’s a big company and nobody really has the power to do anything without talking to someone else(which is with all big companies for the most part). I update when I get my money back so we can close this out.
