Women racing motocross is not political. This sport has a lot of fans in the Stone Age. Women racing rules. They probably put up with a lot of dumbass knuckle draggers who can’t move into the future like humans have done since the beginning of time
“Take us back to when it was great” name a time when humans wanted to move backwards? Hasn’t happened and won’t. Figure out your place in the future and shut up.
Watch the women who would smoke every one of you guys race and just see em as humans without talking about irrelevant bs. They deserve the tv time.
I remember when Jason Thomas retired. Chad Reed was giving him shit about the womens times being close to him. On the weekend Jordan smith was shocked that the 1st place rider was only 4 secs off his pace.
They have come a long way. You wait until you see Charli Cannon at 100%. She is no joke. She seems to be getting better. But she is not 100% thats for sure

If you want to grow the sport, do it more. My 5 yo daughter who is all things girls, loved it. She thought it was cool that there were all girls on tv racing.

Seeing them race again reminded me how much I missed the class. I loved it back when they had the Women's class running with most of the Nationals . Back then the local female class was very strong in New England and there were full gates every weekend. It was cool to see all the local girls race and see how they did. I think that it would help more young girls see it as something they could also do. It might open up more parents minds to allowing their daughters to race too. I've always supported local female class racers. I've got a customer who's daughter is more into racing than his son. She loves it and has been doing really well. She's still only on an 85, but I don't think she is even a teenager yet.
And its another pro class to watch, It looked like its pretty competitive in the top 5 from the lap times. That battle for 3rd could be a classic. When they came together like that. I hope they are able to work them in again someplace. Even if they ran the first moto after the LCQ for the guys and the second moto either before the first 250 moto or in between the 2 moto's and only showed highlights of the first moto and the full second moto. It could also give the 250 and 450 class racers a little extra recover time, like they used to have too. They would still have about the same time to groom the track too.
Im sure its crossed many minds on here.
I said it 5 years ago, joking to my friends that I should grow my hair out and race the womens class. At least Id have a shot at making the field. Id still get my butt kicked.
That being said, AMA probably should start drafting up some amendments to the rules for the womens class.

The AMA already requires that people compete as the gender listed on their birth certificate. Been that way for years
