No…
Yes, I think he can. He has the rest of these boys covered in every domain: speed, fitness, aggression, race craft, confidence, determination. He's the only one that possesses all these attributes. It's a potent combination.
Si.
Yes, I think he's much better than last year. He doesn't look nearly as sketchy.

This. He's 19. Why rush him into the 450 class meat grinder? Its his 3rd 250 mx season just like most of the greats did.
Based on the first two rounds Im not sure who will challenge him. The only thing that might derail him is a bike issue or big crash late in a moto. Maybe Jo has a day where he puts it together. I think the chance is pretty high he does it.
Davies is watching the first two races and has decided his injury was a little worse than he thought lol. Deegz will smash him. This ain't sx
Yuuup
Fair points, just seems a bit pointless to me he’s clearly got the whole class covered, his speed was crazy last year but seems to have gone up another level this year.
Anything is possible and it would be great to see it happen. But like many said, Jo with a good start could be some great competition for Haiden
I think he can. I also half expect him to have a James Stewart-esqe get off where he’s going so insanely fast that it just comes unglued.
Dangerboy is the real deal and a step above the rest but a crash or bike failure can happen😏
But with that being said "YES" Go Deegan
eh, too many enemies around that first corner for Deegan to not get into some trouble at one point.
Could he win every overall? sure.. 22-0..? he better work on his starts.
He has definitely matured on the track in the last couple years. Looks like he’s out there just free riding and having fun.
So much luck involved in going undefeated.
If he does, much deserved.
Needs to get to 450’s soon though. That will be fun to watch.
He’s already almost crashed his brains out and we’re only 2 rounds in. He could definitely do it but my money is on a big crash.
He definitely has the speed to, but one bad start, tip over, or mechanical and the streak is gone
yes he can
Nobody messes with him. It’s like he has a force field.
Pit Row
We really don’t know what Haiden’s current speed is until he’s truly tested. It’s apparent to me Star is having him race very strategically. Safe passes to get out front within a couple of laps and control the pace by maintaining a slight time gap on second place. Once Jett went 22-0 everyone started racing differently.
The days of Ricky, James, RV2, RD5 and Eli winning races by 30+ seconds are long gone. If Haiden keeps doing what he has been, (along with having a little luck come his way) then I see no reason why he shouldn’t have a perfect season. I know that he gauges his lites career by what Jett managed to accomplish and he was unable to have a perfect season in lites. Rather, if Haiden’s willing to admit it or not, having a perfect season is definitely one of his greatest goals.
Deegan is the only one that can.
One thing I don’t see people mentioning is how driven will Haiden be to win every race once he has a 60+ point lead? We saw last year he played it safe in the second half of the season so he could do something similar this time too. Kitchen and Shimoda will definitely sneak wins
No. You have to be a great starter to go undefeated, and he doesn't have that. Too many times he'll have to come through the pack and, eventually, he'll have to push too hard or someone will go down in front of him.
The biggest improvements I've seen from Haiden this season has been his patience and composure. He's not at the front off the start but he just settles in because he's so confident and sure in his abilities, he's going to get to the front. Plus his fitness is so next level, he knows he can wear down any of his competition. He's obviously way different with his technique than rider's like the Lawrence's or even Hymas. But I dont see him as being so wild like everyone says he is. He's a mix of WFO while also having great style. With you kind of need on a 250. I see him adapting his style accordingly when he moves to a 450.
One thing is for sure; if he does go 22-0, Paul333 will say it's a depleted field and not that impressive.
My opinion is that it's very unlikely, but would be cool if he did it.
Yes, he can. No, he won't.
See how Jett just lost a moto Saturday. It can happen.
I think if he was riding like he did last year, we would see some crashes, he’s a different rider this year.
First, it would great to see in the 250f class.
But if he has to push it from a bad start, he could easily go down anywhere, any track. He went down at Southwick last year just railing an outside berm. Tomac went down when he had to push and lost the front end. Haiden's had a few sketch moments this year. Hell, he might go down, recover and still chase the field down and win. Who knows, but I don't see him keeping it on 2 wheels for all 22 motos. But he could still win all 22
It’s early but it would be bad ass to see the first undefeated season in the 250 class!
He’s been almost crashing his brains out since he went pro. Not everyone can ride that ragged edge and keep it together like Haiden can. Remember the Southwick scrub on the first lap last year?
Deegan is smokin' everyone - he could easily be the next GOAT of the sport. Fastest man to ever ride a bike.
