Listen to AC and JB's podcast. They said sponsors barely care about mx. They said its like 80% sx to 20% mx for what they put stock in. Webb getting top 10's is fine. Maybe he threatens top 5 by the end of the summer. Trust me I get it. If sx went away I wouldn't care

Can those of you discussing 250 riders and training please start your own thread to argue your points? It is totally irrelevant to this discussion of Eli's racing future, and this season's 450 races.
Answer me this:
Who does the crowd cheer the loudest for during or after either a 450 SX or MX race?
I can name three riders, but one of them given the fans many more opportunities to cheer for him.

All this talk about Eli going to KTM is interesting, his suspension guy is one of THE biggest reasons for Eli's performance/speed so at KTM would his suspension guy be involved ?

He may be going to Ducati, they would be flexible.
I could be wrong but I believe he’s still at Star, he just doesn’t work with Eli anymore.
I don’t recall whether Eli got a new suspension guy, or Gilmour just started working for all of Star in addition to Eli. I guess he could use KYB at KTM? Ducati might be a bit more set in staying with Showa. Though I have read the new Showa stuff is quite good.
Gilly is still with Star, but once he started helping Webb too, Eli went to a different guy.
If Eli can get a deal for SX only out of Yamaha. Then switches to Ducati for MX
All we hear from every insider, every single one, is Eli is done at Yamaha. Vital wont believe it until A1 when he shows up on a different bike

MC went back to Honda. Larocco went back to Suzuki. Bradshaw came back to Yamaha after his break. Brownie went back to YoT in like 2007. Dean technically left PC for JWR, went back to PC. JG rode for JGR a couple different times. Braydon rode for HRC a couple different times. Alessi back to KTM in 2010.

He talked to Club and Yamaha blocked that.
He will be a beast on anything.
Why would Yamaha block that
