It could be worse…

I thought RC did pretty well tonight.  I was thinking to myself that he's heard the complaints, and as a winner, is refining his skills.

I'm hoping in the coming weeks/months he'll continue to progress.

Nothing redeeming tonight. He missed a lot of stuff and got a few things wrong. Two ppl lost the rear and he did the usual "leaned the bike too much and lost the front". Nah. He did finally successfully predict an actual pass tho so there's that. 

- Still not analysing on screen events at a satisfactory level.

- Glad JT is there to correct him on what the 3-5-3 Bounce pit board for Deegan meant… I picked up on the wording bounce and immediately knew it was that bounce line Davies was doing.

- I’m still looking on the schedule for when they hold all these qualifying practices he is always going on about too..?

Agree 100%. I think he's doing better. 

On the other hand Will is like fingernails on a chalkboard for me. 

How? He was fanning the clutch and missing shifts in his first sentence lol.

The broadcast team...well...RC at least...can suck it.

Rc and diffys broadcast performance was honestly horrific last night.  They have no original thoughts.  It’s almost impossible to listen to

I’m guessing that he won’t be back next year, and he knows it. He’s adding nothing to the broadcast at this point, and is just a cheerleader. He has lots of insight and knowledge, however doesn’t bring it to the booth.

At this point what is left to say about the broadcast team in general? Besides JT trackside the other 3 are pretty bad in general. I give RC the benefit of the doubt because he is just a country kid will little education. The other 2 are imports that had little knowledge of our sport before they were handed the job. 

I turn the sound down pretty low so I can hear them talking but not what they are saying and can here the bikes still but what I do notice is the shear amount of talking that RC does, just shut the hell up, he must think he gets paid by the word. 😵

Hmmm...OP @GoonRooster has an immediate spontaneous meltdown 3 posts into his own thread and people still replying about RC like nothing happened here ??

Great post. Still shocked RC's time at the turn track didnt make him a great broadcaster. Needs to get back to Aldons program ASAP.

The problem is RC is broadcasting the sport at the highest level.  You cannot give him the benefit of the doubt if he in that seat.  He needs to be out of there.

I think he talks more than 65% of the time, may be closer to 80% 🤣  Whoever is in the booth with him has to yell and interrupt his rants to call the race on the track. 

He will be back.

Compared to Will the rest of the team is awesome. She is so bad and just keeps rambling on. Weege is the answer and someone to act like a true color commentator and not try to be another main announcer. RC tries hard to be a main announcers and is not good at it.
