Not what I heard, but ok.

If he wanted a two year deal, why did he sign a one year supercross only deal the last two years?

I'll say this as a statement of opinion only, with absolutely nothing to back it up...Brian Deegan is a world class idiot if he's knowingly letting his son take PED's, knowing that the way he carries himself might open him up to being tested as a result of a malicious "tip" by someone like your guy who has a beef with him. His career would be shot...and I doubt Daddy Deegan would want that.

No one is getting caught. The testing isn’t that serious. If they were serious about it, you would see random testing in the offseason. Let’s not forget how easy it is to beat the testing to begin with. I don’t know if Deegs is using PEDs but it wouldn’t surprise me, it’s professional sports.

Why would a guy who was literally looking for a way out 2 years ago change his mind?

Ktm: Sexton/vialle

Husqvarna: RJ/plessinger

Kawasaki: Prado/stewart

Ducati: Barcia/cooper

Triumph: Anderson/shimoda

Suzuki: roczen

Honda: Jett/hunter

That are a lot of factory seats

I think Cooper will do well this year in outdoors, can star not run 3 450s? Are they done with Cooper? (JCoop that is)

You’re answering your own question. Why did he choose to race this year if he wanted out two years ago? Why would he race next year if he wanted out two years ago?

If Eli is talking to KTM that is pretty crazy considering all the 2017 drama. Kawi still boycotts the MXDN because of that

Is Eli not in that tight with Monster? Monster not stepping up to help foot the bill for him? Would definitely be weird to see him under the KTM tent if that did happen.

I wonder if that was only since his brother was the manager. Now that he’s gone I wonder if Craig’s ship is sailing

Isn't Craig paid from the 250 budget and mostly there because Deegans wanted it?

I think he helps the team a little bit with technique, not sure though.

No shock if it is. To my mind, Craig has gotten rides other faster & more talented riders should have had...and it's because he's used his family influence more than a little. He's overrated, and hasn't been anywhere close to a podium threat in a long time.

This got me thinking with Chase possibly going to kawi. We know next year ktm is the same but rumors of a new 450 for 27. Any chance Chase has already rode the new frame/bike and said nope not good enough. And he would have had to ride the kawi at some point right?

That’s what the original plan was but I’m pretty sure Matthes said that hasn’t been happening. Seems no one knows exactly what his role is. Deegs and him split after the underwhelming start to the season, as far as I remember.

If Ducati is serious like they are in Motogp
They need to sign a rider with an actual upside. Barcia would be a horrible choice for them.

Or is Craig’s ship starting to steer on over to Triumph? Haha

All jokes aside, he'd be somewhat cheap I imagine and a good B rider. Although I still think he can get back to being a top-five guy.

We know Eli love more power, any chance he goes to Ducati, their known for power, and probably willing to try stuff as their new. Although a brand new OEM, reliability could be an issue, if he's thinking championships, which he is, not sure it'd be a good fit.

It's because one of his family members used to be the team manager at Star. Add to that he was there to train Deegan. Now both of these things have changed he'll be out faster than you can say 'Nepotism'.

That's what I've said before. And of course all of Dum Dum's rabid fans smashed their chubby greasy hands into the downvote button. If I were a team I wouldn't touch that washed up old dirty cheat for all the tea in China (including the 145 per cent tariffs when you try to import it).

Oh, that's right. His half brother works there now. Time for Craig to get his latest ride.

He's never been a top five guy in 450 SX and only very occasionally outdoors - and a long time ago. He wouldn't even graze the top ten outdoors this year if all the heavy hitters are on the line.

Reed always said his biggest regret was never doing a season with Alden Bakers program.
more because of curiosity o believe when all them years racing your consistently battling guys from that camp.

Wonder if that crossed his mind when the KTM deal was put in front. Or a chance to do some MXGP’s before finishing off. Always said he wanted to race a few selected races.

Any way.. all speculation and what ifs.

On title 24, ricky said allegedly chase signed his kawi deal, why, why would he go to a team that doesn’t allow him to go to the depths that ktm did for him, and he’s just getting comfortable on the ktm i feel, I hope this isn’t a mistake chase regrets.

I've said if before, I'll say it again. A disaster waiting to happen. Even Ando seems to be disgruntled.
