We all have to go sometime. There is no avoiding that. So the questions is do you want to go as a skinny cancer victim or a fat heart attack or stroke victim.
The choice is yours
Its ok to drink them, just drink them in moderation and take in some water everyday.
Now, if they were serious about high school athlete health they'd test for steroids. There's as much steroid use in high schools as anywhere else in society.
Of course, now they have Red Bull...
In the construction world about 50%+ of my guys drink one or more of these things a day.
Bse free milk, bpa in water bottles, alar on apples, cellphones causing brain tumors, hey chicken little if you ride dirt bikes you are exposed to far more dangerous chemicals than anything in an energy drink. I. E oxygenated fuel is a cancer in a drum or twostroke smoke, forget about it.... Chainlubes, cleaners? and what about the dirty oil that gets all over your hands just before dinner? Want to really find some disgusting stuff? Look under your finger nails and you stick those right into your nose...
Take away point: energy drinks are pretty far down on the danger list.
