7/7/2024 10:02pm I loved that Sinisalo gear at the time. Mike and Wardy looked soooo clean in it. I was getting a few sets a year of free Answer gear at the time but if we weren't so broke growing up, I would have come out of pocket for that Sinisalo kit.

Yeah I'll give ML credit for not scrubbing the entire conversation surrounding this. I'm sure that's what his advertiser would prefer even if he hasn't directly said so.

It's ok to disagree. The actions each take is THEIR personal choice. At times, it's useless to continue a disagreement when it's obvious each has their own opinion. It seems the thought of personal choice has now been labeled as Cancel Culture. Just an old guys opinion, nothing more.

100% man, a few years ago most people would have thought the same... I thought it was gonna some wild drop off into the ass end of the desert littered with rocks and cactus and mad max hobo's and stuff... Calling that 'negligent' or so out of order that it warrants a law suit?? No way... It's bad luck and I'm sorry it happened but that's even more convincing it's not a glaring track issue.

As much as it sucks that the kid got hurt, suing the track is completely insane and should be condemned by everyone. Was that turn the safest ever obstacle on a MX track? No. But no obstacle is safe, MX is dangerous. You can crash on a straight and break you back if you are unlucky. It is a completely different story if as an example, a rider takes off a jump when there is a green flag session and there is a tractor in the landning or something similar.
