What a slap in the face to guys like Raha, Wyo, and Evans who have been pushing the sport to a whole new dimension for the last couple years on these bikes. I was pretty excited since this event will be right down the road from me this year but if this is actually true I'm staying home, those guys deserve better.

Better add an asterisk to all moto events that reads *on a gas bike* then. If the bike is an advantage then the riders I listed above should be rewarded for taking a chance on new technology and using it to their advantage, nothing is stopping any of the other riders from doing the same if they feel it’s that advantageous.

If everyone was on E-bikes and they were all doing 360s, 720’s, ridiculous shit, it would be cool but 90% of you would be complaining about how it’s “not the same” with no engine sound and how you miss hearing the revving of an engine.
I don’t think they should be banned, however they should have their own class.
Just ban the motors altogether and make them compete on bicycles. Those jumps are too easy on a motorcycle.

I don't really watch XGAMES anymore, haven't for years, but that seems like a stupid rule for stupid reasons. FMX is already niche enough, do they really need to have even less guys competing against each other by adding more classes and dividing them up?
