The dude had some hardware removed, and his dad is acting like he's some new type of athlete. MC probably took a month off the bike for some extra curriculars and would be back to form the first day of riding as well.
I bet the Deegans get some good laughs outta how worked up everyone gets about anything and everything they say and do.
Laughing all the way to the bank.....
I get laughs out of stuff people say about the deegans also.
Shame on that father for being proud of his son.

We have to get through 2025 before we worry about 2026.
It's because his dad is a blowhard.
It's wild how personal you take this shit. Did Brian fuck your mom or something?
Leg day. Most here skip it. Sad.
Oh, the irony 🤣
Haha, it's hardly personal.
If he rides a 250 in MX next summer about halfway through the knuckledraggers on this forum will be on him for cherry picking/sand bagging.
Appears Deegan is marketing himself just as well as he's riding. He had no way of knowing how last season would've ended up, and with an opportunity window that can close faster than a RC16 joke, you've got to make the most of it. Seems he's picking up where he left off, this time with some results to back it up.
Deegan launching the single into rollers at Washougal is a thing of beauty. At 14:45.
He’s racing East Coast again from the sounds of his interviews.
What's the issue here?
Should he do a sitdown where he describes every detail of his injury, his recovery, and his meal plan going forward? Maybe the color of his underwear is relevant to a few of you as well.
As stated several times, the issue is the repeated and blatant lying when the truth would have worked just fine.
Pit Row
I saw a comment on Instagram that the entire moto community is against Deegz. I said he's the most popular rider in the field. Am I off base? Yes he's got a healthy group of hATeRz. But I'd say his his fanbase far outnumbers them. Biggest Instagram following and biggest YT subscribers.
I really enjoy that Deegz actually responds to random negative comments on his Instagram page.
Did we not know about the injury and getting hardware removed? More info is shared now injury wise than any time in the sport's history.
What did he lie about? Answer should not include your assumptions.
Used to think so too .. but if one takes the time to actually listen to what's being said, Brian seems to have a pretty realistic & rounded view on life in general & the raising of his kids in particular, all while maintaining a positive outlook.
In moto - there's no faking the hard work & talent it takes to get to the top, I've become a fan of the Deegan tribe as of late.
January - “Yeah, I had a crash and it was just like, uh, I sprained my wrist pretty bad so I took like… it was only like a week off,” he said. “I was trying to train like a little low key. Wasn’t posting much for a while. Just, you know, kind of locked in. Didn’t have my filmer come to the track or anything and then about the last week or so it’s about go time. So, I was like we can get some videos up and get back in the flow of things. But, yeah, we did have a crash, hurt the wrist a little but nothing major. We ended up being good. So we have a wrist brace on it now for just a little more support because you know it is sore sometimes.”
August - "I ended up breaking my wrist four weeks before the first round I had to get it fixed. I got to ride one week maybe before the first round."
How's that for no assumptions? Now do the thing where you justify it like all the fan boys do
NEW technical level? 🙄
edit: He does look good, and that bike sounds absolutely amazing. But... come on. That's basically shitting on the generations before him.
So, he definitely could have gone to MXdN. Why would he most likely have his last try for a 250sx title be on tracks he's never ridden before? Especially when he's used to Florida dirt and east coast is going to be more Florida-ish, typically.
All i’m gonna say is that he grew up a cali kid, on hard packed tracks, by moving to florida, that allowed him to adapt to east coast tracks and know how to ride both types of tracks really well.
Jett better enjoy his time now because Haiden is coming for him.
its gonna be really interesting to watch..
Jett knows he's coming.. Haiden knows that Jett knows.. I think Jett is on cruise control (relatively speaking) until Haiden moves up. He will be the rider that will truly push Jett. It's going to be incredible.
I agree with all of this.
