This is a PA track named Roaring Knob, every once in a blue moon someone will huck the finish line and try to downside the table. This video he over jumps. One guy landed on top of the table, he landed so hard his bars bent down from the impact of langing

Most memorable jump for me was watching Ernesto Fonseca hit the huge triple when nailed a holeshot at Lakewood. He railed the corner and hit it wide open on the 450. RC K-dub and others wouldn't even attempt it in the motos. If someone can find a video that would be sweet!
yeah that jump was huge. Awesome watching Ernie hit it during the race. Here's Kdub in practice.

Not a national track, but here are some guys hitting a 150' quad at Trey Canard's place. Big balls!

Didn't AC92 hit that on a 85?
Apparently it was shortened and made into a triple before AC hit it, in the 110' range. Still huge for an 85!

It was big, especially at the national because it had a steeper lip, but it wasn't THAT big. On amateur days with a more ramped out lip you'd see 5 or 6 locals jumping it. While the track was smooth it was actually fairly simple on a 450 and it wasn't too gnarly to come up short as it was a table. It definitely still has nothing on the Leap at Red Bud.

The big step down table in the pro section at Kenworthy's was super big and gnarly I remember... especially with the soft dirt and the ruts.

WOW!!! I've never seen someone so high up during SX, maybe except that retro night triple, that's anaheim right?

Personally, a memorable jump to me is Perris Raceway in 2007. on raceday only three 85 riders jumped it, Brady Kiesel. Everett Holcomb. and ME! They made the takeoff really steep, and it was about 120'... I had to hit it 5th gear wide fucking open!! It was ridiculous. I dont have a picture of it, that specific day it was way bigger and steeper then ive ever seen it. On my bone stock 85 I was the only kid doing it in the stock class and I was probably just as high as that picture above!

Glen Helen triple step up the first year it was there...only the top 10-12 450s were doing it and Villo was the only 250. He passed Alessi over it, and when MA tried the next lap, he came up short and almost ended his day...he didn't try it again.

Billy Laninovich cased it and his hand came off from the impact.

Somebody rolled it, too. and Kyle Partridge landed into the guys back wheel and high sided soooo hard into the next jump.

watching CR22 launch that when his header broke on his yz450 was awesome...that thing was so loud and obviously missing power so he had to seat bounce it harder than anyone else just to make it...lap after lap...he was pissed, you could tell...

The shaved the landing after first practice when almost no one did it. Everyone waited for Bubba to do it and his response was the "he wasn't a freestyler"

Too bad this photo wasn't bigger or a little closer from this side... Gives a good idea of the high point leap last year...

There are some jumps that only still photography can capture how big it really is. I remember seeing someone hit that on video and it looked nowhere near that big on video. I mean sure it looked big but when you freeze someone in mid flight you really get a clear picture of how huge that really was. 1st thing I think is WTF were the track builders thinking?
It would be so cool if I had a pic of me hitting something that big. I guess first I would actually have to hit something that big.
