My brother is Pings twin. Smart, funny as fuck...an all around good dude but something triggered him and you can't find that guy you loved. I don't hate my brother or Ping...just sad.

His wildest and most insane take at the time was that he wouldn’t read the book, The DaVinci Code, because he was afraid he would go to hell over it (he’s not Catholic). Compare that to the stuff he’s saying now and it’s laughable how tame and harmless it was.

I'm calling out GL's shit behaviour. Just because he's pissed it doesn't excuse it. I also hope he gets help, but he needs to want to do it.

If you guys have any old Racer X magazines (2000-2006ish), go read Pings stuff. It’ll bum you out. He used to be so freaking funny. It’s sad where he’s gone to.

I really enjoyed Ping's takes when he was on Pulp, early on with the race review podcasts, and his appearances on the main show. I also really enjoyed the first year or so of the Whiskey Throttle show. I stopped listening to the Whiskey Throttle show when GL left, and Ping started to get a little hotter with his takes progressively, until recently when he's gone full Cooksey (full retard). I felt like Ping brought great value in his media roles, similar to JT. I think his inability to separate political views from business relationships has really screwed him.

I don’t even get why Ping has stayed relevant this long after his racing career. He had a good career, but it wasn’t like GLs, which i could see people still talking about. GL as a rider was awesome, as a person it seems like he’s fighting some demons.

Well I went and listened to the Whiskey Throttle show and I wish I could get that hour of my life back. It’s quite ironic listening to them say guys like Lewis have never done it, so they sit around and take a tiny bit of truth and speculate meanwhile speculating on everything with Anderson, Lawrence family, Prado etc. Listening to them try to make sense of tariffs and trade deals made me realize these guys don’t read anything but headlines. Never again.

I used to be a huge fan of Ping and Langston. This type of BS has soured me on it. They are acting like a bunch of clowns IMO.

The most ironic thing is Ping and GL are discrediting Lewis for not being a racer and essentially he has no place commenting on the sport. When did these guys serve in the White House?

Credit to Lewis for reaching out to Ping and trying to clear the air over the phone. Sad that Ping couldn’t handle that and wasn’t even the slightest bit apologetic.

GL, Ping, and Cooksey are 3 people who have made politics their entire personality. Brian Deegan is right there on the edge too and is trying to force it on to Haiden, but they havent gone completely off the deep end yet thank god. I’ve about had it regarding both Ping and GL. A couple of years ago I would consume everything they put on the internet and I thought that GL did a great job in the booth. But both of them seemed to go bat shit crazy the last couple of years for different reasons. I have said it before that I don’t want my moto content to be about politic values and if a person uses a political term to discredit another human being i will lose the respect for that person pretty fast.
