I hope chase can not let jett get in his head when jett gets back, I hope he can keep his confidence when jett comes back. 

Sexton is fast and I don't think I've seen a rider go 6 seconds quicker than everyone else on the first lap of a moto. He will be the deserved champion because you have to stay in it to win it.
But Sextons problem was always that he crumbled when he had to ride behind Jett. He has literally passed and beat Jett once in his career so far (Southwick 2nd moto this year, not counting Hangtown ofc.). I don't know why people think this would have changed all of the sudden. Of course one rider looks unbeatable when his biggest rival isn't competing.

Let's wait for MXoN before we declare the FMOTP this year.

Poor J.Lawrence....if, but, what, coulda, shoulda, woulda....Sexton is the man of the hour. 

I'd put money on Jett, even though i wish it was Sexton or Tomac.

I think the only thing that would hold Jett back is lack of gate drops right now. Racing puts a different edge racers than just practicing. It will be interesting to see how Jett comes back for SMX.

Last weekends version of Prado was something else, that's for sure. I don't know if anyone would have had something for him that day.

And a ghost ride.

Can't wait to see where he stacks up here in MX. SX may take him a bit.

No one else is riding with that raw aggression like Sexton. Dudes willing to put it all on the line to win, and you can tell by how his entire riding style has changed this season. 

No one else has that. Not Jett, not Hunter, or Tomac/Webb/Roczen

Maybe, but it still didn't get him many wins.

Herlings at Lommel a few weeks ago was pretty impressive, too.

ETA: As far as a rider consistently putting it together week after week, it has to be Chase right now, though.

False. Pay attention to Jett in the first handful of turns if he's not in the lead, particularly outdoors 2023. Or even High Point this year trying to hold off Sexton in moto 2 in that wildly rutted downhill section. There's some NFG in him when he needs it.

Prado was the Fasted motocrosser on the planet last weekend, his first moto come from behind win was amazing and he dominated the 2nd. Chase's 2nd moto was really good. I pick Prado for 1-1 over #243 and #84

Yep in the World right now is Prado.....in good ole Merica right now is Sexyton! 

Gonna be interesting when Jett is back. Will Sexton let him go and pull Jett back later in the moto, or will Sexton pour it on and maybe crash?

And Hunter broke Sexton's win streak last weekend. Gotta be some confidence there to carry forward. 

I doubt Sexton will have anything for Jett

Sexton would be crazy to try and race Jett…finish second every moto from here on out and take home the championship…to risk crashing and throwing the title away for a moto win is silly.
