A man's gotta know his limitations. I'm very limited.
Maybe we should talk to Joe Shimoda about the pass Hunter put on him at Pala? Definitely not a clean pass there. Every guy on the line is an alpha male. They really don't care what the other guy thinks of their racing style or us.
The only way Anderson could have gone down is some freak thing where the bikes lock up together. The inside guy can take out the outside guy every time. You just need confidence in yourself.
In racing it is either 'you or them'. Just how it is. Once you learn that mentality it is a whole different ballgame no matter what class you are in.
Looks like they locked bars which caused Anderson not being able turn?

Anderson never intended to turn...
Hahaha he saw a sign flashing 'retirement home for old school riders' so he didn't follow the fast guys to the left
It was Jason being Jason!
Anderson has joined Freise and Bam Bam as the the trio to keep away from, nothing ever good happens when you get too close to them.
Don't bother, you can't change my mind.
There were numerous other situations similar to this throughout the events at Nashville including involving other ‘alpha dogs’, yet hardly any others did what Anderson did.
No its just Anderson. He is a ‘lower’ class of rider.
The real alpha dogs these days don’t ride like that.
The problem with the still photos is they don't show the corner entry speed. If Anderson was coming hot up the inside to get alongside Hunter, turning tight isn't going to be an option. No doubt, JA took him wide, but he didn't put HL in the Tuff Blocks.
Just a racing pass in my opinion...
Look at the first 3 pictures, Anderson is still standing, he doesn't sit down to turn until his front wheel is in front of Hunter's.
Anderson did nothing against the rules, Hunter left a gap, and Anderson took advantage.
Webb and Barcia would do the same thing, Friese would hold back and wait until Hunter turned, so he could t-bone Hunter!
Agressive? Yes
Overly Aggressive? Maybe
Necessary? Probably Not
Dirty? No
Anderson came in hot owning the inside line of whoops and turn.
(that’s a given)
He therefore can try to go inside line by breaking on last whoop or carry speed wide into turn so he can skim first roller and triple triple the section after whoops.
it’s his choice, since once again he owned that inside line.
Take out moves are very easy and safe as long as you put your front wheel on his foot peg. Bam bam style.
Is this really a thread? Geez. Good on Anderson for putting up a fight.
Good thing you don’t make a living coaching.
Hunter squeezed him took away his corner apex, had to stay with enough speed to keep on top whoops which left him tight on entry wide on exit and Hunter closed the wide line.
ando doesn’t look that far ahead just ask Jett.
even Tomac would have put him down and Tomac is as no contact as a rider gets.
Welcome to the era of participation trophies and crying rooms.
When defending your position “IS NOT” a racing thing…? Well, then…some of us have jumped the shark.
I’ve seen the would-be victim in this situation PUNT people…including Jo. But, when someone simply blocks him? The “safety racers of Utopia” show up and show their anger.
Let the protest begin: Save Hunter! Jail Anderson!
I want a flashing light on the bars that says,”You’re being passed!” & when it starts flashing, you have to pull over or else your ignition will cut out!
You're just meanies.

Do you guys think Ando does this to Hunter if Webb was on his ass? Honest question. Webb can carve an inside like no other. Does Ando take out Hunter or worry about Webb passing them both on the inside?
Just a goofy what-if scenario.
El Hombré will pull an FU on anyone at anytime…especially if they’ve been in his way or on his “list”, previously.
I’m still getting a kick outta those that think Jason should’ve “moved over”.
As if they’re NOT racing for…fighting for…these positions. Hell, it makes me long for the good ol’ days when someone would learn the hard way to NOT try that shit on…

So you really don't like the Lawrenence boys at all, do you?
I think you might be posting drunk?
I dig The Brothers Oz...very much.
This is racing. They are COMPETING for A LIVING.
Even Hunter has fought for a position or two...or more...over the years. One of my favorite things about him is that he made it clear as a very young dude over in Europe...he's nobody's bitch and he'll fight for a win.
Where do some of you come up with this stuff? It makes me want to jus' come right out and say,"Do you even race, Bro?!"
Cry me a fucking river.....here I thought Aussies were supposed to be "tough" and have "thick skin" but ya'll sure cry a lot whenever something happens to your boy toys the Lawrences.
Huntah shoulda just got the fuck outta the way...to learn a thing or two about how to be a real man from Anderson.
I'll bet you $1,000 that Anderson won more 450 Supercross races in one year than Little Huntah will in his career.
I hope Anderson knocks him over every chance he gets just so we can listen to the Aussies cry about it....shit is so entertaining.
Shimoda is ROFL-ing right now.
Right on Butterdick.
I like the Lawrence bros just fine , Its the obnoxious aussie fans boys on vital that are the problem.
Has JA21 ever passed someone without contact or causing the rider to crash? Cheap!
My posts in this thread are fact, Ando took him wide, and Hunter lost his front.
Also Ando, Friese an Bam Bam ARE the three stooges.
Nothing "fan boy" about those statements.
I just rewatched it. The 21 put him on the ground on purpose, reasons unknown.
Because he could...racecraft.
you can tell that it was a racing incident because of the way that it was
