I'll say it again...if you don't  have a roof air...don't plan on spending any time in that sweat box.  The cost isn't in sequential but you will NEVER regret it.

I just always hated having my suspension compressed for extended periods.

You can just pocket out space for a D-Ring, or get fancy with the T- lock things.

I have those chocks and I run one tie down to the wall at a right angle to the tie-down rings on the triple clamps, and the other from the footpeg to the opposite wall (running under the bikes).  The closer to horizontal you get, the sturdier it is and the suspension doesn't compress AT ALL.  I've loaded 6 bikes in mine, easily, all stead as a rock.

Insulated the ceiling. Replaced the ceiling joists and sheathing. Built a overhead cabinet and ran zero wires cause I don't know shit about electricity.

Not trying to bug with lots of questions but my guess others would like to know.

How did you do your water tank for the shower.  I’d guess a 10 gallon or so tank under the cabinet.  I’d also guess you didn’t in put a grey water tank, just drains to the ground.  Just a guess.

Looks like a good rig.  Wish I had a place to keep one with out paying storage that’s way further than most want to drive.

7X16 Trailer is perfect for the weekend warrior. Especially if you want to stay overnight at the track. A couple fold-down bunks on the wall and its prime.

Man I'm just now seeing this. 6 gallon tank under the sink for fresh water and carry another portable can in the Bronco. Gray water tank is mounted underneath the trailer to catch water from the sink and shower. I have a small on demand propane water heater in a pelican style case that mounts up front(outside) on L Track and is plumbed into the shower and sink. Military style showers unless I'm hooked up to city water. I spent two nights in it this weekend trail riding and it worked out great.

Trailers are so thieve-a-ble.  Don't advertise the contents with MX/race graphics.  Septic tank cleaning service graphics are better. Many race trailers are stolen and then recovered; sans contents.  Plan for that rainy day with insurance, trackers, VIN#s, pictures.

I’m also hesitating purchasing a trailer for this reason. Even if it’s empty and parked in my driveway, I’m concerned thieves would think there’s something worth stealing in my garage that the trailer is used for hauling. Maybe I’ll pickup a used Wells Fargo truck and just leave everything in it 😀.

I’ve seen roof top AC, Mini Splits, free standing room AC units, even window units in enclosed trailers.   I’d think if a guy didn’t mind cutting a hole in the roof, roof top travel trailer AC would make sense.  But as low as enclosed trailer roof are headroom may come to play.

One of the easiest and most useful things I've done to mine is hang 2 of these on each side of the studs on the ceiling. I can hang my hat, clothes, hydration packs, broom/dustpan etc. There is so many of them I can just hang whatever wherever right where I'm standing and they take up zero room and are not noticeable.

Biggest reason I want a duel hose portable AC is my trailer isn't wired. I could put the AC in my front cabinet. Cut a hole in the floor for the ducts, drain line and electrical plug. I have battery powered fans to help move the air around and my ceiling has insulation.

I’ve looked at a few options and currently settled on the wall chocks- but always worry the bike is gonna fall over, so far it hasn’t....I didn’t want anything bolted to the floor to keep from tripping or stumbling on it.
That being said, I am considering the Risk Racing lock and load mounts.

Painted to inside and coated the roof to reflect the sun.

My concern is 2 of the 3 bikes appear to be behind the axels.

Put down rubber flooring a couple weeks ago- went down fairly easy. I used an RV flooring glue. There are a two small areas where the flooring didn’t stick- The flooring had ripples from being rolled up and must have popped up. That being said I bought some syringes to inject some adhesive under to glue those areas down. Also need to finish putting the trim back along the bottom.

The helmet holders are nice for holding helmets, knee pads, chest protectors..etc. I don’t trailer with my helmets hanging on them, but will leave the knee pads and chest protector hanging.

I have a blue overhead cabinet on order for the front - it’s 24 x 24 x 12” deep.

I'll bet this one doesn't look too good inside right about now...

I coated my roof with Elastomeric roof coating and I can't believe the difference. I think the coating may have helped more than the insulation.

A little back story...I've always had a 6x10 trailer, but my wife really wanted us build a house in a new addition, not far from where we once lived. My wife has NEVER complained about my motorcycles, the amount of riding I do, or even how much this sport cost. I can literally ride whenever/wherever I want. So, when she wanted to move, I told her no problem. Well, as most of probably know HOA's SUCK. So, we built a house with a 4 car garage. The house was already started, and it was too late to request 10' headers on the garage door. What your looking at is a 5x8 trailer with a 54" ceiling. This was my concession so that my wife could have her "Dream House".  Sorry it's not completely organized, but I had just completed the E-Track, and hanging my spare wheels. Everything that was in my previous trailer is now in this, but I can back it right into the garage when I come home, without hearing from my HOA about my trailer being parked in my driveway overnight...

I vent my portable AC through this sewer clean out pipe with a cap. It's under the fenders outside.
