Who's it going to be in the big bike class . With Jett and with Prado coming over next season barring injury it could be a while . I think the outdoor battle next season will be Jett vs. Prado with Sexton nipping at their heels from time to time and this season could be another Jett show . SX is a question mark for Prado but not Jett .
How do you feel about that my fellow Americans ? Share with the group .
Sexton and Webb possibly yet this sx season
No one is a guaranteed winner till the fat lady sings.
It's possible . I think Lawrence has got this though .
True . This is pure speculation of course . I was watching the GP of Spain and seeing Prado dominate just got me thinking about it . I think he comes here and goes right to the front outdoors. I personally am glad he's coming. The more top riders in our series the better .

it is looking like it's his to lose at the moment.
I don't see Deegan beating Jett for titles when he does move up. He will win races. Kitchen a win here and there too. otherwise, Jett has them covered, i think.
I don’t think Prado will immediately slot above Chase outdoors unless he hates the bike. The rest of the field sure. Our Nationals are much less dependent on gate pick for example. And indoors I think he will be too old to ever challenge for a title.
A racer's nationality doesn't mean jack shit to me.
Once they're lined up on the start gate, they're American motocross racers.
Arguing over where they come from is ridiculous.
Chase Sexton
Probably someone nobody is even thinking of.
Another Jett stroker thread, here we go again.
I just don’t see any of these training facility kids ever beating Jett. I don’t know how much more people need to see to know that route just does not work.
Chase and Coop are the only 2 I could see beating him, with some luck. Once they are gone. Good luck.
I think even this year outdoors is going to be different than last year. I expect Chase to get some wins. I have Jett for the title, but Chase will be better (less crashing, etc) in my opinion.
Exactly how I feel. The only time nationality means anything is at the Nations...which is how it should be.
I feel the same way especially those who have stayed or plan on staying in the AMA for a majority of their career like Roczen, the Lawrence's, Dylan, Marvin, DV, Vialle, Vohland, Reed etc
America is not in a good place right now, and possibly won't be for five years. RC & MC said it.
A very good racer, but mentally weak. The foreign guys are mentally stronger.
The one who is still an amateur and would like to learn race craft by racing the EMX series in Europe, riding sand tracks, hard pack track and Man made and natural terrain tracks seems to build better riders than spending years on training facilities and racing supermodified mini bikes in short races. Why Jett rides so different than the rest of the guys his age? Because he had to ride that way in Europe, same as Prado. And now Jett is putting that race craft he learnt in Europe in practice, and the results show.
Chase moving down to 250s?
Pit Row
Young American men are too immature, entitled, and weak.
Yeah we all said that last year with Tomac. Anything can happen
This guy gets it.
The irony here is the OP wants all the top riders in his home country, but to get a US AMA champ again, you may need to send one of you guys to Europe to learn.
Why isn’t Hunter dominating then?
America is in a great place, we have many of the best racers in the world competing right here basically every weekend from January to August
Open your eyes. Who cares where they were born? Why does that even matter beyond some weird nationalistic pride? We’re blessed with the talent we have now and upcoming in the near future
Get used to it, Jett is the next 7 time sx champ.
There is nobody in the 250 hopper that can beat Jett continuously.
Why stop at 7?
Sexton, and then Kitchen. I'm predicting they'll be the only Americans to win 450 titles during the next several years
Exactly, anyone can have a light switch moment, and become the next big thing.
chase is there abouts and will be better by outdoorz...
Chase and Deegan.
Deegan mental is similar to JS/RC/RV do or die attitude, that kid will die trying to get to the top spot due to his massive ego, that said... will he beat Jett? probably not unless he gains a lot more skill on the bike.
Where does this idea about RC, and especially RV, being prepared to 'die to win' come from? Both have said on numerous occasions that they weren't willing to take the risks Stew did, and would back it down based on the calculation that he might wreck. Stew, on the other hand, regularly says he would have taken any risk to win.
