They should have penalized him at the race if at all. Not that hard to calculate, just dq the guy if he wants to ride like that. How are you going to penalize him and dq Oldenberg?
Honestly though I’m glad they didn’t dq him because I’m pretty sure we all want to see what happens in Australia and he might not show up if he was dq’d.

You are confusing the FIM with the promoter...FIM enforces the rules and SX Global promotes the race

They did penalise him at the race.
That is fair and a good move from the promoter/federation, and fair to say he made the racing more exciting too as most of us were waiting for someone to do something. I like how he handled it and was not shy to do some really good trash talk. He is playing the perfect vilain in kick ass and that is cool, a bit like Deegan was playing with Pastrana back in the days. I didn't see anything really dangerous (so far) so as someone really focused on safety I am still ok with it. I will watch next round for sure which is what it is all about !
If he hadn't gone down, his track cut probably saved him 2 spots alone with the freight train of riders behind Savatgy.
I'm still surprised there's no penalty for jumping on a red-cross flag in moto#1.
There is never anything “not dangerous” about cross jumping in the whoops…
I think they could learn from the ama , and have the penalties announced on the broadcast

I dont neccessarily mind the brake checking and the takeouts when the door is left open, but the fact that he was punted off the track twice, and both times just hopped right back on - not a fan
You're not serious, right? Everyone has to tiptoe around that clown because of how erratic his behavior is. No one knows if he's going to brake check, cross-jump, slow down, look back, t-bone at any given time. They don't want to go down when they were never threatening to knock him down. Vince races backwards EVERY TIME. That's why he's a joke of a rider. Stiffer penalties need to be enforced for him. At least when BamBam does it he's usually faster than the guy he's roughing up, and racing forward.
He probably waits for them and T-bones them in the parking lot.

The field is very soft in 250. This will be another season with most riders hurt and privateers sneaking on the podium several later rounds. Vince can win by just showing up to each round, the way he is riding
I must be the only one that thinks Deano left the door wide open for it. I really didn’t think it was that bad. It’s arenacross, it’s supposed to be physical. You don’t pass anyone in that small of a place with out bouncing off them.

No mention in that of his first track cut in race 2, lap 2 I think, when Deeno blitzed the whoops on the outside and Vince tried to hit him but was a hair too far back. Well, his vector to hit Deeno pointed him off track and instead of turning left to re-enter, with a loss of momentum and probably looses 2 places, he instead turn right and cuts off the whole little switch-back before they go outside. He gained an advantage. He would have lost a place or 2. The total lack of mention and then him cutting the track again is just plain cheating. He is a cheap rider, and a dangerous rider, and a cheater….but somehow they let him ride and some still defend his sorry ass. Sad.
Who is really going to stand in Vince's way? Deegan? Shimoda? Those two are good, but he will have to deal with one or the other likely not both. And I personally don't see those two keeping it together through SX with all the championship stress. Beyond those two names, I don't really see anyone being a title threat to Vince. You can maybe say vialle and kitchen, but i think those dudes will back off quick after the first few lawn dart cross jumps
I’ll take a bet right now! Put your money where your mouth is. I’ll bet you $1000 Vince does not win the 250 SX regional title. We can have ML or someone hold the money. Vince, and maybe this is you posting under fake name, has zero fucking chance at winning a title. I would be shocked if he wins a race.
