Goals change, I get it. Especially after starting the new gig with KTM but he seemed pretty set on climbing through the ranks of the broadcast and eventually working for the NFL. Just unfortunate as we all believe DB to be an excellent presenter but he seems happy with his new role.

Having DB on the broadcast team was good but you know what's better? Listening to him, TMD and Producer Joe twice a week on Main Event Moto. They are much more open than DB could ever be on broadcast tv. Stop being a cheapskate and pony up the 5 bucks a month.
Besides all that, I think DB is right where he belongs running the Orange Brigade. He seems happy and I think he is making a difference.
Mostly agree. However, banter has its place. RC brought it to Blair while he was giving a presentation in the workplace. It's one thing if they're both presenters. It's another when someone steps into the conference room and derails the presentation, all while coming off as serious. The way RC kept talking over Blair so as to not invite a response was pretty telling. I have been a huge RC fan (the racer) and this definitely tarnished my opinion of him.
Unfortunately I've been in this position more than I'd like to admit. I have a dry and sarcastic delivery and every once in a while I joke with someone and immediately know I came off as a dick. Then it gets awkward, do you continue joking and risk making things worse or apologize and basically admit you're a dick in front of mixed company? I think Ricky went with the former, unsuccessfully, and made things worse.
I like how professional DB sounds compared to Ricky or James, who both sound illiterate

Sounds like, at a minimum, Ricky is upset that the fans think Daniel is a better announcer than him.
Yeah, when RC raises his voice and says "what I SPECIFICALLY tell them..." while trying to shut Blair off, sounds *very* serious to me.
James just sounds folksy at least, I like his style. But I know what you mean here and I sort of agree.
Dude it was a recorded segment. They easily could have re shot it or edited RC out. 🤦🏼
The bad part is that Ricky is the worst announcer by far. Not sure why they keep him.

And as much as I dislike him as an announcer, I have to say he is a good podcast guest. So when he is just casually talking and telling stories he seems like a good dude. That can probably help him keep the job.

Ya I don't blame DB for leaving when he's gonna have Ricky's boot on that back of head the whole time never letting him progress. He was on pulp once saying he wanted to be the best announcer ever but I think Ricky bullied him out of the booth out of jealousy and fear of losing his job

Editing or not editing RC's involvement is irrelevant. It doesn't magically eliminate the fact RC did what he did. Blair was clearly in a different spot when the video continued. The "banter" clearly disrupted Blair's work.
