Garbage heap haha, you funnnny.
Stark showed a complete bike - being ridden - a bike that 99% of the MX scene had NO IDEA was even in development. Years of hundreds of people keeping info from spreading, zero leaks inn an industry where people love to spread their little "oh my cousin knows x"-info.
The launch went so good that they had to completely redo their entire manufacturing plan, including building a new factory, negotiating with new suppliers etc etc.. what, 6 months after the pandemic was "done"? The fact they even were able to pivot like that is crazy impressive if you know the first thing about global supply and manufacturing.
These two launches are apples and oranges and your personal feelings towards electric bikes is irrelevant in this topic.
Stark had an incredible and impactful launch and suffered through unforeseen demand which caused a delay.
Triumph releases info on one component per week after years of hype.
Now lets see that goddang air filter Triumph!
I am almost 95% sure we will see the full bike at Motocross of Nations.
They gonna have RC and Stanton ride it like the plan was last year at Red Bud until all the supply issues delayed it?
Umm as far as I’m aware that wasn’t the plan last year.
That’s strange. They have it posted to their YouTube right now, wonder why they would be fussed at why it’s posted?
https://youtu.be/RSpOHEkFH6o
I guess my post is getting deleted. If you want to see a picture of the engine go on their YouTube channel.
I was told that by Stanton at the MXDN last year.
I know. I don't get it.
They're the one's that fucked up.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Is that really a new engine? Looks very much like a KTM
"Jump!"
"How high?"
Before then
They should have gone electric pump to be modern.
I'm thinking LA Coliseum SMX Finals.
Pit Row
That sure looks a lot like a 2023 KTM 250 engine.
The whole bike? Or the rear fender? LOL
For Comparison
Possibly sooner!
It was the original plan. Instead, we got Chizat and Bereni standing in front of a tarp.
Beat me to it I almost posted this exact image as a comparison. Weird if they have a problem with the thumbnail image being posted here since its literally on the front page of the youtube video on their channel.
That being said there is only so many ways to skin a cat and it certainly has the same layout which is pretty close to all the other 250s as well. But I highly doubt it shares anything part wise with the KTMs. The best thing to take away from this is that they didnt try any weird stuff.
Ironman?
It looks so similar I have to think they worked with ktm. Kind of hard to tell in the youtube image but it even looks like it uses the same torx hardware. Layout is exactly the same. Hopefully we find out soon
Only thing missing KTM letters from clutch cover.
KeepsTriumphMoving.
Interesting. I thought they were working with Cosworth.
Yeah it´s not the same but pretty fkin close.
Post a reply to: Triumph September, maybe?
