I cannot stand RC's involvement in the booth. I'd prefer anyone but him, even Ralph.

I hate when they do split screen on the broadcast, and they ALWAYS do it when there is good racing somewhere up front.

I don't want to watch 2 races at once.  I want the full screen, not one medium and one small screen and a shit ton of green virtual background.  You can't please everyone at once, and thats what this pathetic idea is trying to do... in my opinion.  Some may enjoy it and thats fine, but I dont and it pisses me off when there is a good battle on the track that theyre ignoring to show us 7th and 8th on the small screen which is like watching a tiny youtube video.  Its like, I just want the full screen.  Similar to how I would prefer to listen to one good song loudly so that i can hear it and feel it nice and clearly, instead of listening to 2 songs at the same time quietly.  

I have watched pretty much every race since the late 90's. Maybe it was used occasionally, but it definetly wasn't being jammed down our throats multiple times during every race or podcast like it has been the last few years. That much I do know. It gets used so much now it could be made into a drinking game.

If I had to pick one thing that kind of drives me nuts, its Feld's insistence year after year of catering the programming towards the "new" viewers of the sport they hope to gain. By doing so, they actually are accomplishing the opposite in my opinion, driving the core fans crazy with dumbed down explanations of all of the minor aspects of racing (think pit board explanations), while ignoring the myriad of unique things that make our sport amazing. Sometimes you forget its a motorsport they talk so infrequently about the bikes and the things the teams are doing to the machines to gain an advantage. Also, we have the technology, ever rider on the board should have a live reading of their heart rate to display the insane shape these athletes are in and how this type of racing can weigh on the human body. 

Analysts covering pro football don't give a rip if you don't understand why they flagged the offense for illegal formation, they figure if you really want to learn you'll keep watching to figure it out. We should promote this sport the same. Don't do it a disservice by making it sound so simple.
