Same frame as the 4strokes.

We use a company called dorner for some of our process and everything they make is modular. All interchangeable. Kind of reminds me of that, which is super cool for the consumer. It should lower the cost of alot of accessories seeing as brand Y is only having to make one skid plate, one foot peg, one clamp, shock, etc...

OR.. it will increase their margins lol. Im betting on the latter option. Still cool though.

I think it's fair to say that KTM focused on lowering production cost of the new frame. Not only by doing a one size fits all frame but by using alot more cleverly made cast parts on the frame to reduce the number of parts and welding operations. I don't think they went the cheap way but its obvious that the frame is built for a larger production volume.
If this frame is used for all three brands and all models (MX and Enduro) they're going to make A LOT of them..

I do that a lot tell s joke and wait for a stranger to hit the punch line. If they miss the opening I say the punch line. Example I got fuel a couple yrs ago at black river falls fj on a Fri night. I noticed a cute naitive American chic with her girlfriends walking to the can. After washing up I,m behind them in line. They hv 4 cases of beer. I ask where’s the party ? The cute chic says by the airport, I say the front or the back ? She says both and pops me in the chest and says get it ? I say yeah I get it or will b getting it. You slid that in perfectly, something else could b sliding in perfectly. Then we both got real perverted her girlfriends and everyone in line where laughing. But seriously no 125 runs like a 04 it might b the hardest to ride perfectly . To catch the hit and hyper mid range perfectly is more fun than anything. Yt vid- old video - 2004 cr125 - 2015 LTMS perfectly shows you . Warning once perfected nasa will b contacting you on how you create such quick acceleration across earth.

Something looks very off with that bike. My eyeballs could be playing tricks on me but the engine case looks really big compared to the cylinder and the shape of the pipe seems weird. Also the swingarm looks like the main pivot is set really far forward. I can't tell if I'm having a stroke or if anybody else is seeing it also...
What, that’s clearly a 125 pipe… the 150/250/300 pipes look nothing like the 125 pipe, look at the power valve exit area…

Wonder if the Husky will ride lower than Ktm like previous models.

Changing the power valve opening rate at the flip of a switch sounds pretty neat. Get ready for 2 stroke map switches to make a huge difference in engine character.
Nailed it. The map switch on the 125SX and TC125 are geared towards "Rich" map and "Lean" mapping options, but the 250/300 are literally Map1 85% and Map2 100% PV opening...With more R&D tuning/set-up happening now before September finalization.

Exciting times if you're smart enough to learn how to tune it. Personally, and until a few more tweaks are ironed out, I'm fine with my carby for a bit longer.

Yes, the entire 2023 TC/FC range are the -10mm platform still. Only the Rockstar 250/450's are "full" height bikes.

Also worth noting from some of the comments in this thread: There are three frames for the 2023 models. 125 2T is separate from 250/300 2T's which are separate from 250/350/450 4T's...Modular and interchangeable are 23' keywords on many facets of the new Austrian machines, but Husky stands its ground on the suspension front with their unique (and Vet popular) height.

Thanks crc245. Seems like a lot of peeps like the cornering of the lower bike. My son is 5’10”, on a 2020 KTM 125 and comfortable.

The first batch incoming orange are spoken for, so I reserved a Husky. But not quite sure about the lowered stance.

Does the 23 tx300 have the lower suspension as well? I see it has the new frame...

Sounds like the husky’s are continuing to be 10mm shorter

Seeing these are killing me, it looks fantastic. I have been fighting the urge to put a down payment on a Heritage Edition TC125, that I 100% do not need (I already have a 22 FC350), but I sure want one. They look so nice, and having the first EFI with electric start 125, almost makes it something you just got to have Smile

It's funny how riders talk about frame flex and engine mounts effecting handling but you can stick any size engine in a frame and we are good to go.

That's a great looking bike and I bet it's a blast to ride

That’s why each engine has it’s specific set of engine mounts.

I understand. My point is guys act like frame design and flex is some high tech super engibeered balance so important to bike handling so much a .5mm thicker mount can be felt on the track but we can stick a 125 two stroke engine in the same frame as a 450 4 stroke and magically it works great.
It's the same thing as riders saying they could feel a difference lowering the radiators on YZfs a few years ago.
If they all were that sensative to bike characteristics they wouldn't be riding around in the middle of a C pack at local race

Does a 125 in the same frame as a 450 feel the same? I don’t think so.

Hit Oak Hill in TX yesterday…my son loves it.

Came off a 2020 125sx…this feels like more power. Still working out the suspension.

125 gets its own frame. 250/300 2t get a frame and there is one 4 stroke frame.

Picking up my grandsons 23 TC 125 this weekend. It breaks my heart i wont be there to see him out in the new "big" bike for the first time. Im stuck in California working while he's back home in Alabama.
However, i did get the luxury of paying for it. Lol
