And the first thing that crossed his mind to stay relevant is Motocross. Obviously

😂😂😂😂 international drug trafficker? She had some thc vape cartridges on her. Dumb move for sure going to Russia with them, especially with all of our countries turmoil with them now. But international drug trafficker? She's just an idiot. With that said I bet she is missing America pretty bad right now.

More bizarre than Rodman showing up is the fact that he is Jett Lawrence's hero. WTH. How does he become a hero to an Australian kid that was born three years after he retired? Head scratching.
There were definitely more talented scorers in the NBA, but Dennis Rodman trained harder, rebounded better and outran everyone in the NBA when he played. MJ HATED the Detroit Pistons, but he had a say in getting Rodman to the bulls because he knew Rodmans work ethic. Michael didn’t allow lazy people on his team.

So, to answer your question, I’d say Jett’s fascination with Rodman was his work ethic and his I don’t give a FUCK attitude. This is me love it or hate it. Like Jett, I love Rodman for that as well.

Sorry to American basketball fans, but I don’t give a flying fuck about Rodman.

However, despite that, as an international moto fan I still can’t fathom that during the biggest race day of the year, they decide to go all celebrity swoon and stop calling the race to talk to someone completely irrelevant to the action.
And then during the 450s, with it all on the line, they cross to JT to show the pit footage???

WTF was that bullshit?!

The interview was really bad and had no place being in on at the same time as the last 450 moto of the year. I muted it

My friend used to be a team assistant with the Phoenix Suns. He told me stories of Rodman would get to the court early to warm up and then stay after the game to workout. He said Rodman told him one time he never wanted to be out worked or out hustled. I became a fan upon hearing that.
What? When did Rodman play for the Suns?

I love ball and I get Rodman being there getting some airtime, but fuckin Bondo can eat some dicks. I’ve never seen anyone make so many mistakes consistently and never get better at their job. I honestly don’t think he likes or knows moto. Clueless.

Yep. He’s been around it for a while. A bunch of moto industry guys took me to his club in Newport (next to Rusty Pelican on PCH) on a Sunday about 20 years ago and said “if he’s here, he’ll hook us up”. It was the Sunday funday place to go at the time but nobody was there at all that day and we were out in a few minutes. But I’ll never forget going there and how random I thought it was and I remember it every time I drive by that place still to this day. First thing I thought of yesterday when I saw him.

You hv to b in better shape than your team mates etc to be a rebounder. A rebounder is like a fighter in the 15th rnd. Your team mates coaches and fans rely on your ability and most of all there extremely great full your willing to fight for the ball. I was a basketball star ovr 50 rebounds a game but I could score too . Totally take a game over. 7+ rebounds on 1 posetion and scoring is a great feeling. Along with game winning shots everyone goes nuts. Energy you never forget.

I drive by his old restaurant daily and always think of the story of him going full throttle through the harbor in his boat. Harbor patrol stops him, gives him a ticket, then he immediately blasts off at full throttle again 😭😭😭

Talking about irrelevant stuff during best parts of racing was stupid.. Just keep these celebrity talks on podcasts or between races. Oh.. there was race..

Rodman was almost normal until the early 90s. Then his ex kept his kid from him and he snapped, took a gun to the stadium and set it beside his workout bench and pumped iron. Something in him snapped and he's never been the same.

Not to derail the topic, but Family "law" will absolutely fuck your life sideways if you're not careful. Carry on....

Who gives a shit what people think of him ? Jett likes him for whatever reason and I doubt Rodman was paid to show up in the heat at planet Pala. Why can't people just let things be for whatever reason.

No matter what you think of Rodman this comment is spot on. Wrong place, wrong time for that interview which was also not worth listening to. I think it is very strange Weege and crew did that during the second 450 moto.
