He gets good starts, this is critical for a 250 guy at Des Nations.
He has a rev the piss out of the bike riding style and was fast as shit on 250s. I don't think he'd have any problem adapting to the small bike again.
He is willing to DIE to fight for positions.
He STEPS UP when called upon at MXDN, he's won his class twice and a moto overall.
He has half the field scared of him just on reputation of banging bars, the Euros would probably throw the white flag as soon as they saw him behind them.
Anderson is a bad ass too, I just don't know that he adapts to the 250 as well as Barcia after being off it for so long.

The difference with putting Webb on a Star 450 years ago is Star wasn’t the factory team at the time and Star actually supports this event. Kawasaki specifically in recent years has been reluctant or had no interest in this event.
I’d love to see Anderson, Barcia or shit even Dungey on a 250 considering our current 250 guys aren’t better than any of them but I just feel like the more hoops that have to be jumped through, the even lesser chance it’ll happen.
MX1: Tomac
MX2: Anderson
MX3: Sexton
oooooooor
MX1: Tomac
MX2: Sexton
MX3: Dungey or Anderson
If Anderson can't go on a 250, I think Sexton would be a great choice. MX3 you could do either Dungey or Anderson, and I would actually give the edge to Dungey. Your MX3 rider needs to be your solid, consistent guy who isn't going to throw away a moto. You don't need him to win, but you need to be confident he will be 4-7 in each of his motos. That's Dungey! Give him 2 more months and he will only get faster.
250s are fun.
GASGAS is fun. Perfect match!
I still think based on the modern history of the US team it will be Hampshire or Cooper....
I cannot get behind Team Swoon being on the 250 whatsoever. I'll take JCoop over him.
He never won a 250 national.
Pit Row
Both would be great. I couldn't say which of the 2 would do better on a 250F.
Cooper has a little time to show something but the trend is not good lately.
I would give Hampshire a shot. We might get lucky. He won a GP and will try super hard. Great at Red Bud.
Next would be Anderson on the 250. That would be fun as heck to watch.
Dungey can't just show up and get picked over Anderson in my view.
