I would be surprised but definitely not shocked.

Both legends. But 222 is looking at podiums and The Dunge is looking at top 10 IMO.

Motocross isn't the best sport for a 5 year hiatus.

#5 shitty starts 15 to 20.#222 less shitty starts 10 to 15.
I hope they both have good solid motos and go from there.
When has Dunge ever had shitty starts?

In theory, 222 should clean up at the nationals. He was a podium guy if not winning outdoor races 3 months after any of the ama boys last raced anything outdoor. How you can even compare 222 to the 5 who hasn't even raced in 6 years is just ludicrous

Hardest possible field imo in history for Dungey to return to.... df14, sexton, mookie, et3, ando, bam bam, ac222, etc... being top 5 will not be easy for anyone... wish Dungey had at least a couple of weeks of actual racing under his belt as a warm up... straight to a 450 national after a long lay off is no freakn joke....
Dungey raced Ryan Villopoto, James Stewart, Chad Reed, Prime Ken Roczen, Eli Tomac and Kevin Windham. And Mookie won’t be out there racing so you can remove him from that list. And BamBam? Eh, I would think we’d be over the BamBam hype by now. He will look awesome some races then be a non factor most.

6 years, no gate drops.. I’m fascinated to see how he goes!

Absolutely love both guys but it’s hard to imagine RD outperforming AC here. The #222 has been racing at the top level and should be fresh and well practiced. Ryan, as great as he is, hasn’t raced in years. No amount of practice track time will make up for gate drops and competing at race pace week in and week out. Dungey is honestly a huge question mark for me. If AC isn’t at least on the box I’ll be very surprised. Ryan could end up anywhere without surprising me.
I feel similar in the fact Dungeys results , bad or good wont surprise me, however i tend to think he will shock everyone
Unless KTM just wants some push for the team with Webb being out and Dungey just feels he can oblige and go have some fun.....IDK
Big question mark but it sure will make watching that much more interesting!

I could be wrong, but I was right when I predicted a Dungey comeback.
Actually, I recant my statement, I was wrong.
I expect either of them to overall podium each race,

The rest are STILL just seat fillers.
So you’re saying of the following guys only two of them are going to finish higher than Dungey or ac on avg…Tomac, Barcia, Sexton, Anderson, Stewart, ferrandis. Pretty good seat fillers lol

The anticipation to see these guys mix it up is driving me nuts. I’ll be going for them both. I expect Tony to do well. He’s been battling freaking Herlings for years now. Pace might even feel slow for him.

If dungey some how pulls off a freaking moto win I will lose my shit lmao. I just have no idea what to expect from him results wise.

This will be epic to watch!

I think both will be TOP 7 guys immediately and if tomac drops out, then they both move up a spot. 2 of top 4 for the series will go to KTM if they stay for the whole series.

Stewart out . But it's crazy u think he was beating 222 anyway . It s like 7 years since he did outdoor s . Tomac and ferrandis will be hard to beat . Sexton will have great races and terrible races . Anderson is the unknown . If he takes a big step up. Or not . Barica has good and bad races . I can easily see 222 and dungey 3 - 5 on a good weekend .

222 will be better than you think, I see overalls and podiums. 5 will be lucky to get a top twenty I think and will quit after a few rounds.
