I have to agree, the best plan for Ken is to just lay low, do the races and do his best. Do the sponsor obligated posts on socials, show some happy home life, but stop talking about all this stuff.
In my opinion, and obviously that means next to nothing, he comes across as a guy who doesn't listen and always knows better. RC alluded to that on the Pulp Show, and he had personal experience with Kenny.
If Kenny isn't going into the nationals for HIMSELF, it will end like it has for years. You can't just do it to prove the "haters" wrong. Not at that level.

I can't wait for the 2nd Kristin Beat interview where she calls him a "Spartan" and gets emotional again.
But his IG post and interview with Weigandt do not give me a lot of hope that he is truly going to pull it off. It all still sounds a bit insecure to me, especially the IG post. I'm no PR genius, but we certainly did not see social media like that from Tomac and Anderson in December when everyone was questioning how good they would be. And I doubt we will see an IG post from Webb this December when everyone is shit-talking him after his 2022 season.
Again, unfortunatly the front runner will be green.
Antibiotics can absolutely destroy gut health which in turn results in a weak immune system and a whole bunch of issues can result.
I really hope Ken and his crew figure it out. He’s still got several years left to run at the front and battle for titles. Racing is better with Kenny in the mix.

Most of us still want to see him win a few, most of us have said straight up in this thread it's an impressive return after injuries and he's as fast as anyone on his good days.
We even let the cringey, whiney interview with Kristen, putting the blame on the bike, loads more complaining with no details, let all that slide while still rooting for him... We want him to be healthy and happy and racing.
Then he goes all PMS slagging off imaginary haters (have you REALLY seen any actual hate or just plain slagging him off?). It's ok to wonder wtf is going on, it's ok to ask questions, it doesn't make you a hater and it doesn't require a pointless incoherent Instagram rant and further whining from a professional racer.
There's my rant for the day, thumbs down into oblivion. Best of luck to Kenny, super fast, super weird dude, hope he figures things out again.
He can’t allow shit like this to get under his skin, comments from randoms with no following…you’re never going to please everybody. He needs to learn the ol’ post-and-ghost, checking the comments section isn’t healthy.
