A watched RD 1 on my computer and now saying nothing on peacock is available on this device even though logged in and I can watch on my phone? Like now my laptop is just not working and it gives no info on why

So on Saturday Race Day Live quality was terrible, blurry mess - watched the night show on NBCSN instead. I’m watching in Peacock now, and it’s much better than it was on the Race Day Live feed on Sat - no more blur.

Yep mine is BUFFERING and grainy.
It's kind of weird sometimes it's grainy and sometimes it's clear where's that speed test link so I could check the speed of my service with Cox Cable.

I have a 4K UHD TV also. I changed a few settings on the tv, they might help you out also.
First I turned on auto motion plus and set to custom: Blur Reduction set to 10, Judder Reduction set to 10. Then I changed the color space from auto to Native and it looks much better. It has some color bleed every now and then but it looks a lot better. It’s a bandaid fix for this crappy app.

I signed up for the Peacock just before tonight’s race started and had a couple of freeze ups in the first couple of minutes and after that it was flawless.

Yes, this was the issue I had last night for round 2. That's what brought me to this thread searching for answers. Audio plays through tv, no picture. I've never ran into this problem before. We are not able to get good internet at our house, so we rely on cell phone data.

I am having this problem now too. I watched round 1 and 2 on my laptop with it connected to a monitor via HDMI cable. It now will not let me watch anything on Peacock. Anybody know how to fix this? I was trying to watch the replay's and it will not let me. tried other random programs and same thing as the quoted post. I hope I can fix this before tomorrow.

@Peacock…the feed looked great for practice. Looked like 1080p @ 60fps finally. Last couple years it has looked flat and bland like 480i. I sent numerous emails about the feed quality, it may or may not of helped but the PQ is 10x better already. Hope it looks just as crisp for the night show.

Also I see that you can now back up the video even on the live feed.

I came in about an hour into qualifying and it let me back up to the beginning.
I checked when qualifying was almost over and it let me go back two hours.

Ok I reached out to peacock and this is what they said “ Hi there! Thanks for reaching out regarding this! Due to streaming rights, a small amount of programming, Peacock channels, live events, and a few TV shows and movies, will still contain ads. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please DM us.”. Absolute horse S$”&. The solution I found is the second commercials start, hit the back button and re select the race. It brings you to the “coverage will begin shortly screen”
