Hearing there was a “settlement” with Butlers and Blake. So where does this leave Blake for next year? Gas Gas with Barcia? Kawi with AC? I don’t think we’ve seen the last of BB4. Sorry if I’m late to the party with this and if the topic has already been covered.

This'll be a 5-pager at least.

I hope Blake can find a solid ride for 2022. I can't see as he burned any bridges...except with the Butlers. I couldn't blame the guy if he retired to be a Daddy...but I hope you're right, and we'll see BB4 on the track again.

True in the current environment; but, at RMCATVMC KTM he was the #1 rider and he WON a SX…on a 450…

There have been hints that he is at least riding again. Contract dispute or not he wasn't racing this year due to all his injuries. Hope he comes back, he makes the grid that much better.

I feel like Blake’s title in 2012 was perhaps the most impressive 250f title ever when you look at who he beat that year and how he did it. It’s a shame he broke his thumb in 17 or else I think he’d be 450 champ as well.

He has a future in his family business that does not involve training 7 days a week and getting hurt, probably for considerably more money.

I think Blake will disappear into the wind like Davi Milsaps, then show up to ride for fun in a few years.

Yes, there was a settlement.

His teammate next year will probably be his dad, unless a new manufacturer offers enough money.

He rode for Suzuki when Mike Webb was Team Mgr and they ran the team out of Yoshimura’s race shop: it was still US Suzuki’s team at the time.

Yes, the Suzuki he rode was the Yoshimura Suzuki factory effort alongside JS7.

if this is it what a SHITTY way to go out! following the JS7 route. the guys still got speed to pull a win here and there. He has had a great career but must be shit for him ending on a sour note like this too...
