I think this is in poor taste for sure. I listen to most, if not all the moto podcasts and most are good in their own right. Anton being on Pulp had nothing to do with whether or not I listened to Swap moto and if nothing else opens them up to a much larger audience. One of the best things about Steve is being open to everyone and if they have a competitive podcast or product, he doesn't care if it's a good story etc. The people who win there are fans of the sport.

It’s all good. Nothing bad or personal between anyone in our friend group, just trying to work on all the things SML needs first. Will probably be on again sooner than some of you’d hope.

That is a massive bummer. Anytime Anton is on Pulp he makes it better in my opinion! Bad call from Donn, Anton brought/brings Swapmoto more awareness the few times every year he was on Pulp.

I downloaded a Swapmoto show once, because of Anton's professionalism when he's on Pulp. Thought I'd see what the show he's usually on was like.

Had some weird zoomer-esque music on the intro, and I noped out pretty quick after the show started, because of Maeda. Didn't think it was aimed at my demographic, more for the younger crowd?

JT$ Industry Seating, Daniel Blair's Main Event Moto, and Matthes are the go-to's in my book, along with the (very rare) Gypsy Tales podcast, when he has a decent guest.

DMXS is good, Matthes is gold. Industry seating, on the other hand, is one big and long sponsor plug, perfect to fall asleep. Blair and Gipsy, i just can't listen to. I like Anton's take, some SML pods are good, especially if there's not a lot of Donn in it. He's just not a podcast guy.

Good news... and FYI, in case any of you, or your bosses think otherwise...

It’s not like we don’t or won’t listen to SML because we heard you on say it first on Pulp, or visa versa.

We’re starved for good insight honestly, and it’s not helped by the industry’s shitty attitude towards pressers, access etc. (or any change really.)

So, I guess I’m saying, please come home, we miss you.

Donn is just aweful at podcasts. He should leave it to his workers to do the pods. The shows are borderline un-listenable and its his employees that keep me listening as they actually bring good content and know how to speak. If Anton didn't bring the content that he does to the show there would be zero reason to listen.

The only reason I even thought of Donn's podcast and tried it out was because of Anton sounding interesting on Pulp. Every time he was on I at least checked out Swaps thing....I'll go back to forgetting about it.

The only reason I know about SML is because of Pulp. Same with Anton. It sounds like Steve may be throwing them a lot of views. He never hesitates to say SML ever on his show. He probably says their name more than darksides or blair's podcasts.

Haven't listen to SML, go to are Pulp & Whiskey Throttle. Between them I don't drive enough to listen to anymore pods...anyhow Swap comes off as someone that is trying to relive his youth, a little too Mathew Mcconaughey in dazed and Confused for me...

So this probably got blown out of proportion a bit. SML podcast of the Orlando review just dropped so I’m guessing they were recording at the same time but Pulp was on.

I am going to go against the grain here. Why would a competing podcast allow their guy to go on their direct competitors podcast? Should HRC let Webb test ride their bike? Would Coke give their recipe to Pepsi? Don is trying to build his brand not add to Steve's "empire"
