So I decided to buy a new MX bike which the wife fully supports. But then when I mention what the bike's new name will be, she gets a little shall we say jello (jealous). I started to think who else might name their bikes with exotic women names and what their wives/GF's think about that.

My wife calls my bike “Beautiful”.

One day I came home and she was in the garage doing laundry. I walked in, sat down next to the bike and jokingly said, hello beautiful. She turned around and said thanks before realizing I was looking at the bike and wiping it down with HP2 polish. All she said was really? I couldn’t quit laughing.
So now, every time I go to the garage she says yeah, go be with Beautiful. Your beautiful bike.

I’m laughing as I’m typing this next to my wife. Told her what I’m typing.
She says don’t worry. I’ll dump that bitch Beautiful in the ocean when I spread your ashes lol. PERFECT!! 🤣

Growing up, my dad would commute from Riverside to LA for work on his '87 Honda Hurricane, he put an "R" in front of Honda for "RHONDA" and my mom was LIT. I remember watching her kicking it with high heels on when she saw it. smirking as I type this up LOL

I'm amazed how many of you ladies willingly engage in this behavior, and readily admit it and talk about it. Just out of curiosity, do you name other machines in your garage? Your car, your leaf blower, or your curling iron perhaps?

My wife doesn’t bug too much when I’m out riding or doing other things. Thankfully. I think she knows I’ll choose the bike 😂

I’ve had a GF for 2 years now, she’s cool and knows how important it is. I made it very clear when we first met.
