Same here, never had an overheating issue. Then again I only ride/race track and never let the bike sit and idle for more than 30 secs if that. Not sure if being at elevation in CO makes that better or worse either.

Just curious, but where is the vehicle down sensor located at anyway?

It's the wire and black thing right in front of your shifter. It has springs and pins that are on the back of the shift drum so it knows what gear you're in.

That's just the gear indicator, not the vehicle down switch. That switch is the little cube in front of the cylinder, by the coil

Picking up a 2019 on Friday! Stoked to join the group!

Do you have to re-map the bike once you install a full pro circuit exhaust?

What brand fork guards? Appears to match perfect.

Yes, quite a few have on here have changed to the 18 and older hanger and 240mm rotor and said it helps not make the rear brake so touchy. I have the older hanger and 240mm rotor and just need to put it on.

Are you guys with 2020's breaking the exhaust mount or was that only an issue on the 19's? I broke my exhaust mount on my 2015 CRF450 so it's not like it's an issue specific to Kawasaki.
Got about 6hrs on mine, no problems yet

I got a good box for the fork springs today. I'd like to sell together was thinking 100 shipped I guess. 5.3 oem springs I barely used them.

Finally got a ride on my new to me 19. Very impressed, easily the best suspension I have ridden on, those square edge bumps are non existent now, braking bumps are (almost?) fun. Handling felt pretty much spot on as well, no RMZ on turn in, but does what you expect it to with no hidden surprises.

Felt right back at home given it was first ride in 4+ years, bike just feels so natural overall for me.

Only gripe is same thing I probably have on most bikes being tall, I struggle gripping with my knees, might look into one of these seats with the wings on the side.

ANyway, I know I'm preaching to the choir in this thread, but just so excited about this bike and still buzzing a few hours after the ride.

That last pic, track looks awesome. Your profile location isn't that close to Southwick, but is it like that everywhere in MA? If so I'm jealous.

Hey, can I polish that frame same way as we did to our Ti system?
Mother's aluminum polish and a buffing wheel?

What coolant are you guys using? I'm gonna change mine and get a better cap.
In the summer straight distilled water + wetter with a high pressure cap. Hands down you can not do better for cooling performance. When it gets cold change to regular coolant. I am not a believer in Engine Ice etc. it is good for an old engine with hot spots in a poorly engineered cooling system where vapor flashing is a problem. On a well engineered modern motor, you can do no better than water and water wetter.
