One of these days Barcia is going to be taught a lesson by somebody that he has bullied on the track. He's tough as shit while riding and really good at it, but when he's called out on it he cools his jets real quick like. I loved when Peick was calling him into the tunnel lol

That made me chuckle...whether it was Peick or Bowers, both of whom could've probably cleaned Barcia's clock. I never heard about that!

YouTube the Aranda/Barcia video. You'll get confirmation.

Marty didn't expect Barcia, or anyone, to be racing that close on Press Day. As others have said, that's the normal line for that section. Barcia shouldn't have been there. Not on Press Day.

Hope Marty gets close enough to punk him tonight.

Fun stuff.
Barcia’s never going to win anything more than he already did.

One guy was ready to "GO"; the other guy looked like he was getting held up at gunpoint. 😆

As soon as Barcias results are going backwards he gets frustrated and start picking fights on track or at least thats how I see it

This is honestly just Barcia avoiding penalty. Pretty smart. It's possible that Davalos gets at the very least a warning for touching another rider. Looks weak, but was the right move.

Why does Barcia have to shadow Davalos? It's friggin press day for cripes sake. Davalos just changed his line a bit. You have to know coming into a right bowl turn from a jump, the rider naturally wants the left outside line for the turn. But Barcia just has to be a tough-guy dick and be on the outside line. Barcia once again is obviously the victim and the oh so clean rider. He should change his name to Douchia.

For those who think barcias being a pussy. The AMA made a rule after Reed grabbing Stewart’s neck in Jacksonville that if you touch another rider you will be slapped with a heavy fine. You guys may think he is a bitch. But let’s look at it this way. The guy voiced his opinion where it matters, on the track, without endangering either rider and didn’t make a scene about it. Instead it was the other party. Pretty smart actually

Nah, he looks like someone who is smart and knows that any physical violence will get him penalized.

I like barcia. Im even more or less a fan of his riding style. BUT that was a complete dick move even for him. I would prepare to have my night fucked if davalos is close. Cause i now I would come main event time be paying him back when it counts.

Cross jumping is way more dangerous than Barcia making him fall down.
Yeah but that wasn't a cross jump. He was following the line everyone I saw during press day take. He was in front of barcia meaning davalos can take any normal racing line he chooses. Barcia knows the line. If im to the left of a rider that's in front and i know the line goes center to center left I need to adjust accordingly. Not only that but davalos PULLED UP and stopped to let him past. If davlos is racing through the turn I might think a little different. Like i said im probably 8 out of 10 time cool with the stuff barcia does. This was bullshit though. At far as falling down from the take out. I can't tell you how many times I've seen that tip over cause a broken hand, wrist or arm. Look at Craig 2 weeks ago tipped over and boom broken hand.

Your joking right? Next time you go riding and someone cross jumps you on a practice day, ask yourself why you were trying to pass said rider, and why you have the right to be pissed off.

In a race and that not being the racing line and davalos races through the turn instead of pulling up like he did to let him by. I would have center punched him to. Ferrandis/ craig villuemin/windham would have looked tame.

But it's press day, that was the racing line and barcia was behind him. Plus davalos you can see pulled up to let him past makes it a dick move.

It was PRESS DAY. Davalos did nothing wrong. Barcia put himself in a shit position going into that turn and was shadowing Davalos for no reason. If Barcia is that fucking stupid to be that close in that position...well screw him. Like I said, it was press day. Not practice day, not qualifying. PRESS DAY. Get it? It's ride, look happy, take pictures for media day. Barcia had and had ZERO reason to wheel Davalos like that. Like I said, Barcia's a friggin douche.

Seriously, look at the way he went down, he could of tweaked a knee or perhaps even busted a collarbone, any fall has the potential for damage....so yes he did endanger another rider needlessly, plus caused some aggro, so not smart at all

Just bc it’s the line everyone’s using doesn’t make it not cross jumping. Martin knee he was there and still did it. Go cry somewhere else

Especially on freakin' press day. I still think there's more to that story.. I'd like to see the whole practice sesh prior to the drama

According to RacerX everyone on the track was laughing about it, as you guys should too.
Move along, nothing more to see here, bring on the racing.
