Funniest story I've heard in a long time, hurt my abs and made me cry it was so funny! Thanks for sharing that story Keefer. Good stuff. "You okay back there?"

I'm sure you could do much better. You should submit your audition tape.

As a medical professional I can assure you that you know nothing about Alzheimer's, and Ralph definitely doesn't have it.

How many times will he mix up riders names. Called Mookie "Malcom Smith" in qualifying today, then on Wednesday he called out the finish one lap early. I get that people can make mistakes when calling a race but this is starting to get out of hand. Just my opinion.

I’ve said many times people need to listen to old school radio announcers to hear how good it can be.

Tonight I’d forgotten that it was Wednesday and so I’d also spaced that supercross was happening. I was getting ready to go cycling so decided to listen to the race in my headphones while riding my bike. I figured I’d be able to follow what was happening well enough. My conclusion is that these 2 are just straight up objectively hard to follow, constantly confusing riders and saying things that have no relevance. I had no idea who was in what position but I did know that Austin Forkner ran into Ralph at the grocery store I AM VERY THANKFUL...

Mullets... I've seen some gems out there and noticed this. Almost looks like DF is sporting a mullet. Not bashing on DF, the dude is my favourate West Coast rider but that hair looks like 7/10 on the Mull-o-meter. I spotted a 10/10 mullet at Southwick and regret not grabbing a pic.

Invest in a PowerDot. You can get 20% off through The Whiskey Throttle Show. They seriously work. I did a number of things to my knee last summer and the PowerDot helped so much with getting my knee working again.

5-6 months to get back on the bike is doable if you are rehabbing like a pro athlete would and you are in your 20's. The reality is for most, going back on the bike in 5-7 months is risky under any circumstance. You may find yourself ready and feel able, but the likelihood of re-injury is much higher within the first 12 months. If all goes well, the ACL will heal close to 100% in the first 6 months, but the muscles around the knee take longer to full strengthen and protect the ACL like only a fully functional...

Has anyone in here ridden a bike that starts to boil the fuel? It happened to me with MR12 and it was downright scary. Unpredictable and sputtering at random times. Like riding wide open and then just hitting the kill switch for a second, then letting go of it and the bike coming back alive. Great call on pulling in and able to race on Wednesday....

View this post on Instagram It felt good to be back racing yesterday. There is no comparison to racing in front of fans and the silence was weird. I felt like I had a decent day overall. Nice to get back on a race track. I really love riding this new bike and checked off the box to race SX...
