It's an embarrassment. Dylan is sending it every week, and if he wasn't French there would be precisely ZERO of this shit going on.

Criticism of one's use of freedom of speech is also freedom of speech.

I thought Forkner was going to cry on the podium. At least he sucked it up and said it was just tight racing, lapper was in the way and he made an error that let Dylan get under him. That was honest of him. I give him props for that.

It’s embaracing honestly, some jackass behind me wouldn’t stfu to the point where I was hoping someone of larger stature than myself would knock his bitch ass out. These guys come from all over the world for this, give them some respect it’s been 3 weeks.
This might be the most beta thing I have ever read here. Also you people arguing the use of the word bigotry are being a bunch of morans. As for OP, it's a sport, people will boo, get over it. I say boo this man for this thread.

Anyone booing him tonight can go ahead and fuck off. Two weeks ago I still didn’t like it but hey I get it. To people there at the track who might not have seen the numerous replays we did I’m sure it looked really bad. Like a complete take out. Obviously from the TV broadcast we were able to see it was just a stupid pass attempt. But tonight to boo him? What the fuck? He showed remorse for what he did and personally apologized to Craig. No offense to Craig, but Ferrandis would never want to crash with him in a corner as he likely doesn’t see him as a championship contender. Why make that enemy? Ferrandis is a great rider and by all accounts I’ve seen a great person. To boo the guy tonight just shows the stupidity of a lot of the “fans” who attend the races.

Oh? Do explain.... I'm riveted.

You just can't make this stuff up - Vitard at his finest.

Please explain how booing a rider because he took out another rider a few weeks ago is “bigotry”? Exactly which opinions of Dylan is “Merica” intolerant of?

For as long as sports have existed people from all races, religions, nationalities..etc..have been booed purely based on their performance/being on an opposing team..etc.

Folks like yourself throwing the word “bigotry” around at everyone and everything has taken away it’s significance...

Just a quick note to those booing fans: "Every minute I stay in this room, I get weaker, and every minute Charlie squats in the bush, he gets stronger."

I’m tired of the collection of mamas boys racing and watching. Nothing wrong with what Frenchie did but I still would boo him just like I booed JMB, DV and Jean Girard when he beat Ricky Bobby.

I wouldn't boo but respect others right to do so.
It does make our sport look a little like Wrestling, but we should be thankful that at least the stands were full of people who at least keep up with the sport.

This is making me sick. I have grown up in this sport, rode and raced for most of my life. I love Supercross, Motocross and everything in between. The booing needs to stop. Dylan Ferrandis is a very talented rider, he is passionate and wants to win. The fact that anyone that considers themselves a fan of this sport would show this level of ignorance is just heartbreaking. Enough is enough, the guy deserves way more respect for what he puts his life on the line to do. I can't believe my eyes seeing him get boo'd on the podium weeks later. Stands full of p*ssies.
To be fair, it would stop if the riders doing the punting would just own it. Musquin/Tomac take out.......

Here in the US right or wrong, this is how we are. If Musquin and Ferrandis both just said yeah, I messed up and got caught up in the heat of the race and just wanted to win. I made more contact than I expected.....

Instead they like to play dumb and point the finger at the rider they took out...... THIS is why they get boo’d. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong, it’s just how it is.

If it bothers people so bad, go to the fan booing and say something. Coming on vital wont do anything.

I kinda feel for the guy, but he set the tone and with media today. This wont go away anytime soon. He will have to suck it up.

To be honest, I work with some casual fans and what they see, hear and read are totally different than what true fans gather. In saying that, I can see each and every casual fan booing for a while...

I’ll get the play by play of a totally different race at the coffee pot tomorrow morning and maybe even a few interesting “pit bits”. Ha!

I wouldn't worry about the boos. They'll go away. Besides Ferandis and Musquin got an ear full of BS at Southwick and Ferandis responded back with his middle finger. I'm pretty sure he's tough enough to handle it.

Who gives a shit if Dylan gets a good booing. It’s friggin sports. Every opposing team in any sport gets shit on as they take the field. It’s called a rivalry. Dylan is French and is taking to the American riders both by aggressive passes and wins. Of course he’s gonna catch shit for taking out our guys. If you like forkner and Dylan punts him you’re gonna boo. If you like Craig and Dylan punts him, you’re gonna boo. You think all the other professional athletes need therapy over another fan base booing them? Give me a break.

Let’s pretend the premier series is in France. Everyone goes to France to make a name for themselves. One of our American riders goes over and starts putting people in the dirt and winning.. you don’t think he’s gonna get booed? Get real. Embrace the rivalry. Dylan sure is and he’s thriving off it

For those of you saying people are dumb or don’t have a brain just because they boo, please do not participate in any other sports. Soft ass mfers. Death threats and hounding people on social media is too far I agree. But boo’s? Please. Dylan is laughing all the way to the bank with wins and probably another title

You are completely out of touch and factually wrong. Ferrandis personally apologized to Craig after the main which is the only thing what matters.

And the Marvin/Tomac incident has nothing to do with this. The only common nominator is the nationality of the riders, which means nothing.

I was referring to him on the podium immediately after the race when it’s most important. You’re assuming everyone in the stadiums has an IG account. The “apology” means a whole lot more on TV and in the Stadium where everyone is watching and can here. A fraction of the people watching have IG. And if they don’t follow him, it’s seen by even less.
