Trainer Yannig Kervella wrote in his monthly column in french "MX magazine" there's a rumor running 'round that Cooper Webb has been tested positive to some illegal substance and won't be racing.
Anybody heard anything about this?

Let's hope it's not true.

Its amazing that tested positive could be for drinking the wrong energy drink from GNC, or it could be for steroids, growth hormones and EPO.... obviously, those situations are at the two extremes yet the outcome is the same if you get caught

A logical person would look at that and go, “ya know, something seems a bit off”, but according to a lot of guys here that’s perfectly acceptable.

Really hope this is true.

Test results just came in from 2011. They're gonna yoink all his Championships, starting with Supermini.

Kervella says it's a rumor, but seems pretty affirmative...
Yet I'm surprised nobody else said a word about it, not even something like "we heard a big name could have a big problem"...
Guess we just have to wait...

How does a Frenchie know this and there hasn't been even a peep of a rumor of anything from any US outlets?

Seems like someone is just trying to get attention from the US market...stinky bait me thinks.
