If the rumors are true, (I don't think they are true, a random guys says that Webb has tested positive on a antidopping test, and there isn't a reliable source)
Webb is trained by Baker, Baker also trains Marvin, Zach Osborne and Jason Anderson, who is the 2018 SX champion, not only that, Baker also trained Dungey (2015-17) Villopoto (2011-2014) James Stewart (2008-2009) Ricky Carmichael (2001-2007) Ken Roczen (2014-2015) Jake Weimer, Michael Adam Ciancuarulo (2013-2015).
All those riders and some of them champions could be involeved in one of the biggest PED scandals that the world has ever seen.
Anyway, this is probably fake, there isn't a reliable source, just a random guy who says that Cooper is using PED.

And the reason there is nine and not ten was there was a mix-up after a moto and the testing overseer was sent to the wrong team, and started escorting the wrong rider. By the time the proper finisher was located it was too late to have the test without compromising the results.
