Hope Marchbanks is ok, he's really turned it on this year.

Kenny seems like such a good dude and his talent is unquestionable. That being said I’ve struggled to like him since his 250 days for this very reason. Every time he gets beat it’s an excuse. Hell I remember him saying something about his boot buckle being unhooked and distracting once after a loss. He’s come through some brutal crap no doubt and I want to root for the guy but excuses over the years and these posts just loose me. Never hear crap when he’s out front cruising to wins 🤔

Kind of, but not in the way that you're referencing. Longer stints at altitude will help when you come down as you will then have increased red blood cells, basically legally doing what taking EPO would do. Long stints at high heat will generally just drain you and will take a long time to recover from. They are similar in that intra workout/effort recovery is very tough. Once you put yourself in the box, it's harder to recover IE put a super hard effort in on the bike, it's very hard to get your heart rate back down while you're...

Ever thought that we have already seen the best of Roczen? He was what 15 when he turned pro? He’s been at it for more than 10yrs now and if you go by MC2 theory racers only have about 10 yrs in them at the top of the field. He’s been hard at this for a long time. I’d say his clock is slowing down (which is still ludicrously fast) and the battery’s are no longer available.

Man Webb just has that racing instinct even when he's not the fastest he always clutches it up. Love the heart on him!
