What an incredible display of talent and support from the factories, teams and accessories companies.
Thank you

Great entertainment, everything an off season event should be. The best thing is that it still has the potential to get even better.

Was Mitchell Harrison on a 125 #70? It was good to see Mitch Payton their helping riders. He must love the 2 stroke only program

You are right! Take someone who has no Idea about the sport...have them watch that slop fest from last weekend called the MXON(or the last three years really; thanks to a silly September schedule), then have them watch the RBSR. 10 out of 10 people would say they enjoyed this better.
This may offend the "'purists" but in today's age of instant this and instant that; this format, this style of racing is hard to beat for the "wow" factor...

The only one who seemed salty and took the event too seriously was Cooper Webb...

I wish this was the event that all the top guys raced. MEC is basically just another supercross.

I love Mitch Payton, what a guy!
Sorry about that didn't watch the 125's. My bad!
As far as entertainment it's great watch, MXoN still way better but this definitely cool bringing back two strokes. 03 CR doing well makes me happy to have an old two stroke. This is tremendous exposure for the brands.... Their bikes last well!

Just watching replay now, did Anderson not race? Haven’t seen him yet?

It was awesome, Pastrana doing a backflip then winning the first run was insane. Sal, Weege and Langston and what’s her name were all good.

I was pulling for “triple quad triple” Hansen - wish he would have been on a KX250 though.

Thanks again to GuyB for the livestream.

No it is not. It is a way to go out and show your skill with little to no consequence based off of the outcome...

I'm pretty sure after last night "The Cat" is down to no more than 195 lives. He used up at least 2 on that Superman and another 2 on that no footed whiskey throttle seat bounce into the stratosphere.

I might be minority on this but I wish the theme wasn't two strokes and old school riders. It's awesome the riders get to have a fun event for once, but man I really enjoyed the first few years of the race when it was a little more competitive when guys like Stewart/Dungey/Musquin/Roczen all showed up on their 450s.

If all guys were still racing on 2 strokes today, I'd feel different, but I just don't get into it when it's pretty clear a lot of these guys hadn't ridden a 2 stroke in years or ever. I'd just rather watch them race on the machine they are used to.

I hear you but are you actually saying that last night's event was not competetive? In what world does Brendan push Kenny to the limit? Or the Sx champ loses to...whats his name...?

He didn't line up, something about not gelling with the bike after spending the last month on 450 in the sand.

Combines my two favorite motorsports - Drag Racing and MX/SX. Couple that with ADHD (most of us moto dude's could be diagnosed with) and you have a perfect evening of entertainment...41 seconds at a time.

I just got to watch it and I was jumping up and down a few times. And I knew those rookies were going to be fast after Lorettas but looked extra fast. Great job on hiring those new rippers. Going to be an awesome next season.

I enjoy watching the "fast guys" adapt quickly and riding bikes that they dont ride all year long. Watching MC's old steed out their whooping ass made me grin quit a bit.

But Im the guy that lines up to race on a 91 KTM with a purple seat. Wink

Entertainment top to bottom, bikes, gear, racing, presentation. After Villo went out early you didn't know what was going to happen next. Hope Max Vohland isn't too bad, his left shoulder didn't look good after that crash. The picture quality of the Livestream was so much better than Fox or NBC has been able to get out of a dirt bike event.
