If Tomac doesn't get it done this coming season, he never will

450 champ: Marty Davalos

250W champ: Shane McElrath

250E champ: Hunter Lawrence

That should trigger Vitards just enough.

I think Zacho will be a big player next year, along with the usual suspects
Eli, marv, coop, Anderson and Kenny (in no order)

Ralph Carmichael. Goofing off aside...I'm calling Roczen.

Same prediction as always.

Russian roulette of who will be healthy. If it’s any of the top guys aka 2, 3, 94, 21, etc that will dictate my prediction obviously.

It’s a brutal sport and tends to be when not if. Some of these dudes are several seasons no round-missing injuries. Who knows! Hopefully all stay healthy and it’s an amazing battle all year.

I hope AC shocks everyone, but the field is DEEP. Doesn’t mean he isn’t capable, however.

It's Kenny's year!
That’s kinda what I’m thinking. I think he is gonna be on point this year.

Can McElrath finish a whole season without being forced to move up? Cause we all know he’s not gonna if it means he has to race the other adults instead of lil kids.

Figured if you wanted to trigger folks it was missing a lil something, and I’d help out.

Good starts, win a lot, podium the rest. Cooper Webb did it all this year and will put a lot of pressure on Roczen and Tomac to NOT make any mistakes.
Osborne, Musquin and Anderson will be good as well.
It’s going to be a great year, can’t wait for it !

Tomac needs to work on an entire off season of starts if he wants to win next year.

I forsee this being a year of domination for either Roczen or Tomac. Both of them are ready to win a SX championship and have the all tools to do so. Eli will be in the second year of the all new bike with a nice long off season and assuming Kenny's health comes around in the next couple months, he seems to have found his old Eli/Bubba level of speed. Eli and Kenny on their best days are better than the rest.

I agree with all but number 2. Roczen is going to be better this year than last year. AC9/92 will be the first rookie winning races that we have had in a while. I look for Anderson, Webb, Musquin, Bagget, Anderson and Osbourne to be fighting each other for podiums each weekend. This is Eli’s SX title to lose. If he can keep his bad weekends to a 5th or better, no one else has his speed.

Webb will have a target on his back this year, I don’t see him repeating. Tomac, Musquin, Webb.... I’ve been wrong before.

People get so upset when doubts are shown towards ET3

No, but sheer idiocy when someone doesn’t even have him in the top 3 and betting that two other guys who had ZERO wins in 2019 will place higher. Again, good weed you got there.

Weed is better in Australia coz it’s illegal, lol. I am obviously a bong lord.
If I’m an idiot fair enough, Vitards will do as Vitards do.
Tomac chokes in SX, he has shown this in several instances. Anderson actually has a title to his name (ET has how many?), and Kenny is coming in leaps and bounds. Webb came out of nowhere and blew everyone’s doors off last season. There’s probably 5 guys who could win if the season swings their way, I don’t think it’s too far of a stretch to think Tomac might have a couple mishaps and drop back.
Or maybe I should have another toke and get back to ya

I think Eli will finally get it done...

But the talent pool is getting really deep at the top of the 450 class.

In no particular order...

Tomac
Webb
Anderson
Roczen
Mooskin
Osborne
Cianciarulo
Mookie
Barcia
Baggett

That's 10 guys capable of winning on any given night.... And there are factory riders not even in that list, like Wilson and probably Savatgy...

Just cut back a little. No one said to put it down. Tongue Tongue

Eli had a brand new bike last year. Judging from outdoors, I think they have it dialed. On top of the last few rounds last year he didn’t have a very hard time walking away from the field.

Hummmmm....

Little deuce coupe will no doubt be on the gas, but his comp isn't going to be so easily bullied this year.... el hombre will be looking to get that championship bonus back again.... K-Roc may leave everyone in the dust (thanks to insane whoop speed).... ET3 will pull some bone headed moves and lose it again........

I think that pretty much sums up SX 2020..........

All 450 talk mostly, but I always look forward to the 250 class and as usual it is stacked for this year.

- Can Ferrandis and Sexton back up the #1 plate?
- How will Forkner rebound? Will his confidence and speed be the same as last season?
- Who is going to be the underdog coming in to this season to surprise everyone? Last year it was Nichols and Cooper that showed some serious speed. (Putting my money on Moisiman for 2020)
- Jordan Smith...dude has been so close many times. Consistant injuries and small mistakes...IF the rumours are true him going to PC is this the change he needs to put it all together?
- RJ, Hartranft, Oldenburg, McAdoo, all have the potential to be spoilers.
- The rookies (help me out who is actually doing SX) how will they do?

How did Anderson do last year? Tomac and Musquin have been in the top 3 in points the last 3 years. They are the guys to beat and both came in injured last year. If Kenny fixes his "fitness issue", he ranks above Anderson and Cooper as well. Anderson or Cooper could very well beat them all, but to say Tomac is a choker is just plain stupid as he's accomplished more than any of them other than a championship which he's shown he's capable 3 times in a row outdoors. If he gets better starts, it's over for the rest.

Of those three, I think Roczen has the best shot.
