OOOOOOHH!!! Let me know how it goes! Was considering doing the same after spending some time with my stocker.

Also, the engineers who cooked up that power valve system can go ahead and never do that again.

Not as many 80’s bikes as the 90’s but I will throw a few of our bikes in here for good measure:

We have a few more that are in different stages of restoring for some good times racing EVO series events.

Come out to Milestone MX for the ARX event on Sunday (05/26) if you want to see or race with other EVO bikes!

Very nice! This, and that Husqvarna WR250 from Page 1 are my favorite bikes in this thread so far. Nothing screws up the 80s look like modern pre-printed fancy-font accessorized numbers. This ^^^ is what real world bikes looked like in the 80s.
Thank you for posting.

No the bike is an 82, it started off exactly as you've shown.
We swapped the swinging arm to make it correct for the required class in the UK.
Swapped out the original tank and safety seat as used on the 82 for the 81 465 set up as this was my preference.

Most Husky WRs from that time I've seen had frame loops. Did you cut yours off?
