I think the max we should have would be 5. 3 is fine and I actually really like the format, especially having seen it live. I wouldn't like to see more than 5 for now, though

I Think more experimentation is needed, but im happy to see things tried, it needs some fine tuning, perhaps 2 moto, perhaps make LCQ part of the night show etc.

I would like to see alot more. I am there to watch the best guys race everytime out on the track. The stars are what make the sport not the guys in the LCQ. Do you go to a any other sporting event and pay big money to watch the best player only play in half the game? I think a tweak in the format and point system could make it even better. These races are so much more exciting with the high energy during the race.

On regular nights, make heats 8 mins. This 6 minute shit is crazy. Heats used to be 8 laps for the premier class.

I hate the format, The standard format lends to a build up over the course of practice and qualifying.

The 3 moto format is a snooze fest and nothing but an annoying math problem.

Not to mention how will they enforce the points if a guy jumps on red cross during one of the mains?

No. I would actually want to see a change, 3 "mains" is too much in my opinion. It's basically 3 heat races that in the end make up a result, not very exciting in my opinion.

Change it to 2 x 20 min + 1 lap mains. Lets see if that makes it more interesting and then maybe add more of these races.

Say they do it in Moto 1 , should they be allowed to better their result 2 more times ? I say do it and get docked 2 spots in all 3 moto's and 2 extra points after that.

They award Marvin the win because people won't understand if they don't but then after 3 moto's half the people don't know who won any way.

The riders can't handle that much time at that level on a SX track.

People have no idea how brutal a fast lap on a SX is. You would have guy's 10 laps down or not even able to race the 2nd main.

the best racing happens in the LCQ without a doubt every week. Dudes racing for a paycheck willing to put it all on the line is real

I would love to see half the races use this format. Every other race. They are way more exciting. Nothing more boring than watching the qualifiers. It was MUCH better when they only took four and had the semis. At least then guys were actually racing in the qualifier.

Personally, I like it the way it is. The three now kind of break the series up nicely. Do to many of them and it will become just more of the same old thing.

I like long, bumpy, hardcore racing. A sx is already 'short' compared to 'real' moto. Unfortunately, an out-of-shape, yet fast guy would do fine. Its after 15-20 min. where the guys who are in shape and do the work that makes an 'athlete' excel.

I dig them, the last one was awesome, I would like a little more but not too many more. Maybe 5-7 a year?

the amount i would say is just right.

for the other half of voters who want more, if you make it the norm, then it loses its uniqueness and charm as its a break away from the standard. if you have more rounds that are triple mains vs single then the challenge becomes "who can go out in a single winner take all main" instead of a three race format where you can have a bad main and still take a podium.


no three is ok.


now i wouldnt mind seeing 1 or two events where its and elimination style qualifier heats. where the back guys are dropped as the night goes on
